Due to the unit size, building structure, steps and bathroom design, type of furniture and safety issues, as well as excessive wear and tear liability, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 180 lbs.

You’ll love the place's ambiance. It is a 2nd floor small but nicely furnished roomy guest unit; has a bedroom, and private bathroom; kept VERY clean. Well manged.

We mainly serve Military, Health and IT professionals who come to the area for 3-4 months.

This furnished unit will give you the equivalent of any commercial place in the area that would charge $80-90 per night.

The unit includes bedding, Wi Fi, Cables, A/C-heat, 42" flat TV and private parking.

Our place is 10 minutes from Harrisburg city center. 25-30 minutes from Hershey; 35-45 minutes from Gettysburg and Lancaster.

Please note:
a. Guests keep the unit clean. We do not charge cleaning fee but DO collect the damage / cleaning deposit if you leave uncleaned or messy unit.

b. We conserve energy by avoiding excessive cooling / heating and minimizing electricity usage. Utilities are included, but pls note:
Summer months: use A/C responsibly; shut it off when you are out.
Winter months: temp is set for the entire house and it is lowered during 9 AM - 4 PM on weekdays. Check with us if you work shifts or work from home.

House rules follow PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
Copy of the house rules is available; the main items are: no visitors unless you are approved in advance; maintain clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, drugs or excessive drinking. No pets.


Harrisburg is a diverse city. Our place is in a great street block! However, on your way you may cross less attractive neighborhoods.
