Adorned with décor that encapsulates the region’s spirit is the spacious living area, with leather furnishings and a stone fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, with high-end Thermador appliances and a spacious 4-stool island—perfectly designed for socializing or a private chef. Guests can choose to dine indoors at the 8-person table or venture outside to the expansive deck where an alfresco dining table and gas grill sit under built-in heaters. The ski room provides benches, hooks, and a warm-air boot dryer, with a nearby laundry room. Down the hall is an in-home office, adjacent to the top-floor primary bedroom, featuring a luxurious gas fireplace.

The lower level houses a fun-filled family room equipped with board games, shuffleboard, and more. There are 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms on this level, including a bunk room and another primary with a fireplace. Soothe sore muscles in the large hot tub on the lower deck or warm up around the firepit.

Hoos Views provides on-site parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 4 in the driveway. For ski-in/ski-out access, walk 50 yards to Beehive Basin Road and take the groomed slope on the right to White Otter Lift. Ski to the Mountain Village base area from the top. Great Property... Fantastic views
Property is fabulous. One error in the listing is the Ski in/ out feature. Although the neighborhood is laid out with “trails” this is in no way ski in / out. It is a 20 min hike. You’ll be exhausted by the time you arrive on the hill. This may or not be an issue for the renter. But should be aware that you will have to drive to ski.

Fantastic Property
This property is exceptional! Although the photos look great, the property is much better than the photos. The house is very large with exceptional finishes and very well appointed. Great views of Lone Mountain and other peaks. Great amenities and location. We would definitely come back again!

Best vacation rental we’ve ever booked
We visited in early September and the days were unusually hot (90 degrees with no air conditioning) however, once we were able to “open” up the house it was fine. The home is gorgeous and the amenities are above and beyond. The layout is great for a large group allowing for privacy if desired. Loved having a real wood fireplace!
