A short stroll will bring you to the Docklands, Crown Casino and Entertainment Centre and South Wharf DFO.

The apartment is just opposite the Southern Cross Station which the Skybus terminal is located. So getting to/from the Melbourne airport via the Skybus is really easy!

Not Luxury
My husband and I stayed in the apartment in the CBD for 4 nights in March 2019. Here are the pros: - Location convenient to free tram and train station - Location close to Chinatown, theatre district, restaurants, river - Car rental across the street in the train station - grocery store and bottle shop right across the street - Netflix Here are the cons: - Apartment is very tiny - Couch and table and chairs old and cheap - Bed very low; barely a foot above the floor - No dryer - Two towels, no washcloths, one hand towel - No balcony furniture - Across from very noisy train station; you can hear trains all night and the announcements. If you're looking for a good nights sleep, this is not the apartment for you! - Carpet worn - Always a long cue for the elevator

Fantastic property and location
My visit to Melbourne was the best vacation I have had in years, and this apartment was a huge factor in making it so. With its amazing views, comfortable layout and well-equipped kitchen and bath, it was the most inviting place to come home to imaginable. It truly felt as if I was borrowing the flat of a stylish and sophisticated friend who left behind all the favorite items with which he had outfitted his space. This was indeed luxurious living, with a modern kitchen and bath, clean and comfortable bed and linens and the bonus of a small walk-out balcony. The location cannot be matched. Southern Cross Station is directly across, a ridiculously easy half-block walk. The proximity of a major grocer meant stocking up on water and fresh fruit daily was possible. After two days I discovered the "back" entrance to the property held a variety of restaurants and services, and a walk up Lonsdale led to a multitude of other dining options. Tram and streetcar lines are right on the block as well. The only issue during my stay was an internet outage that affected a portion of the city and was in no way the fault of the building. Daniel responded with that information immediately after I inquired. On that particular evening I'd been on an all-day walking tour and decided to lounge on the couch and watch the post-sunset sky change colors over Philip Bay. It was the perfect location from which to do so.

Words can’t express the view from the balcony of this condo – simply breathtaking! Conveniently
Words can’t express the view from the balcony of this condo – simply breathtaking! Conveniently located and close to many amenities, we truly enjoyed our stay. We took full advantage of the free cable car located nearby and loved the fact that the grocery store was literally across the street. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer (including soap, which was nice), towels and basic kitchenware. If you like IKEA and have many of their items, then you will feel right at home. Very clean, the bed was comfortable and we found the unit a good size for a couple. We ended up staying an extra day to recuperate from all of our adventures (Philip Island, Great Ocean Road…) and with the rain pouring outside, took full advantage of the large TV and Netflix – an added bonus we never thought of utilizing until the bad weather struck. It was reassuring knowing our rental car was safely parked in a gated area and though it was a little walk to get to, the piece of mind was well worth it. All in all, we would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Melbourne and/or the neighboring area. Thanks Daniel for meeting with us upon our arrival and ensuring we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

This apartment was just what we were looking for convenient location next to southern cross train station. Amazing view and a brand new place! Grocery store across the street. Free transportation all around us and shuttle to the airport was just across the street. Even had parking available which we only needed for one night.
