CLIMATED room & living room, equipped and decorated for up to 4 people, adapted with bed for 2 people in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room plus extra mattress. Balcony overlooking the beach. With bed and bath (pure cotton), digital safe, lcd tv, luxury shower, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, iron, kitchen utensils, covered garage, etc. All new and clean for demanding people.
Internet service (wifi) 10 MB exclusive for the apartment and rooftop business center.

You can request the cleaning service of the apartment at the 24-hour reception at no extra charge, up to 2 per week. The establishment also features an on-site laundry, sauna and games room.

The Craft Fair is just 1 block away. Already the famous restaurant Emperor of Cameroon is on Avenida Antonio Gouvêia, opposite the property. Also very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and the famous raft ride to the natural pools.

Localização Perfeita
Estive hospedado do dia 21 a 26/12/18 com minha esposa e 2 filhos (20 e 15 anos). O apartamento da Eveline e Alexandre é perfeito, com uma excelente localização (melhor parte da Pajuçara). O acesso a Ponta Verde, Jatiúca e Cruz das Almas é fácil. Perto do apartamento há um grande supermercado (80 metros), 2 farmácias (50 e 60 metros) e vários excelentes restaurantes, dentre eles os famosos Parmegianno e Imperador dos Camarões. Na rua paralela ao condomínio há uma padaria (Dona Massa), que serve café da manhã, pães na chapa e outros itens, além de tapiocas. Sendo assim, é possível não preparar o café no apartamento, apesar do mesmo possuir toda a estrutura para tal. Voltando ao apartamento, ficamos acomodados com muito conforto. Há ar condicionado no quarto e sala, varanda com vista lateral para a rua e praia, cozinha completa, liquidificador e tudo mais que se possa precisar. O apartamento fica no primeiro andar, o que aparentemente pode trazer incerteza quanto à locação, afinal geralmente as pessoas preferem andares mais altos. Contudo, destaco que a experiência do primeiro andar foi excelente. O acesso à recepção e garagem (subsolo) era muito rápido. Não havia necessidade de ficarmos esperando o elevador por um longo período! E além disso, com a porta da varanda aberta, ficava bem fresco e agradável. O condomínio conta ainda com sauna e piscina, mas acabamos não usufruindo, afinal são tantas belas praias para se conhecer - no meu caso repetir, porque eu já conhecia - que não achamos interessante dispender tempo com esses atrativos. As vans / agências ficam bem próximas (orla), oferecendo os passeios para as praias. Dependendo da quantidade de pessoas, vale mais a pena locar um carro e fazer os passeios por conta própria (se houver pelo menos uma pessoa que não ingira bebida alcoólica durante os passeios). Lembrando que há estacionamento no condomínio. Com relação ao contato e atendimento da Eveline e Alexandre, não temos nada a reclamar, pelo contrário. Sempre prestativos! Precisamos de mais um lençol e 1 toalha e eles prontamente levaram até à recepção do condomínio! Obrigado Eveline e Alexandre pela cordialidade e simpatia! Aos interessados, apartamento altamente recomendado!
