About the property

Our 1400 sq ft, 3 bdrm 3 bath townhome is on three levels. Two bdrms one with a king & one with queen on top floor, 1 bdrm with adult bunk beds on lower floor plus fold out queen sleeper sofa on main floor. Additional Frontgate blow-up mattress this unit can sleep up to 7. Each level has a bathroom. There is a private hot tub on deck with views of the slopes and a private single garage. Garage access is difficult and only small size cars are recommended. Condominium is right on the bus route. No need to rent a car.

This is a modern unit with all the amenities at a perfect north old town location. The Park City Mountain Resort parking lot is literally 1 block from the complex and the town lift is 5 blocks down Park Ave. In addition, the free shuttle to Main St, Deer Valley, PCMR and The Canyons is steps from the front door. City Park is directly across the street and groceries, ski rentals, restaurant's and additional shopping is 2 to 3 blocks away. The townhome is stocked with linens & towels , and a well equipped kitchen with professional cutlery and cookware. The comfortable living room has a fireplace and entertainment center with flat screen,cable,stereo,cd,dvd, iPod/iPad docking station.The upper bedrooms also have flat screens and docking stations. The lower bedroom has a docking station.

The unit has WiFi throughout.

We are avid skiers and fisherman and we love the beauty & convienience of Park City (only 40 mins from SLC airport to our door!) We love to hike and bike in the summers. We have attended the music & cooking festivals, July 4th and of course the Sundance Film Festival and this towhome is close to it all!

What makes this townhome unique

We have been lucky enough to have travelled to many countries of the world (and still do) We thoroughly enjoy staying in properties with all of the creature comforts of home.The location & convienience of the unit was the main reason we purchased here. We use the unit as the renters do-- and we really believe that if it felt like a home guests would like to return. We love eating out at the great selection of restaurants that Park City and Deer Valley has to offer offer yet we also have a well stocked & top quality kitchen & dining area because we like to cook and we know that after a long day on the slope or hiking-- these things matter. The materials we have left for reading and learning reflect things we love about Park City and want to share with our guests.Our property manager is a local. When she greets you, he can be a fountain of information. Where are the best places to eat or drink, what times are specific slopes the best, where can I get fishing gear in a hurry. We pride ourselves on being able to offer this to our guests. We certainly take advantage of it ourselves! Lastly, we love the fact that the airport all-resort shuttle drops us off right in front of the condo if we choose to not drive our car to Park City.

Perfect location, roomy, cozy with extras

This was absolutely perfect for our family. The place is so cozy but yet really roomy. We had plenty of space for our family with four teen/preteens, my husband and I and my parents as well. That’s 8 and we never felt cramped at all. The different levels gave enough space to bring privacy yet the main level was perfect for family dinners and movie time. The basement was cold like other reviews say but there is a space heater that works great as well as plenty of extra blankets if you don’t feel comfortable with the heater on. The location is right next to all you need: bus stop, shops, ski lifts and rentals. Tania was very helpful and efficient with her communication. Definitely would want to stay here again.

Excellent property! Clean, close to Main Street and the city park. This unit really does have everything you need to just walk in and enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this property. Management company was also great.

Perfect Property!

We had an amazing experience at this property! The location is so ideal, you can walk to the slopes and to town, but if you aren't up for a walk to town, the shuttle route stops right out front. The property itself was perfect for our group of 6 and very clean once we arrived. It was also lovely dealing with property contacts who were helpful and always available. No complaints, would stay here again for sure!

Great location, values and service!

Location, location, location! This townhouse is in a great location on the bus line, just a few blocks from downtown and also walking distance to the slopes. Stayed during the second week at Sundance film Festival and met the needs of all three couples, film goers and skiers. Hot tub if fantastic! You will have no regrets. A great value!

Car: not necessary

Winter in Park City is well known for its world class skiing and other Nordic activities. Within minutes of our home there are 3 major ski resorts, Park City Mountain Resort Parking lot is literally 1 block from our townhouse.There is snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing & ice skating at the new indoor ice facility. Numerous private spas and health clubs are available to pamper your every need.

Summer and fall are quite a pleasant surprise to first time visitors. Summer activities include golf, hiking, biking, boating, and shopping. Summer weather is glorious; cool, dry, and the evenings are long and comfortable. Popular activities including golf, hiking, mountain biking, world class stream & lake fishing, horseback riding, sailing, boating, windsurfing and water skiing -- all within 15 minutes. From May through September Park City hosts world-class Music, Wine and Food festivals and the town can often be busier than peak winter season (minus the snow). Summer brings new things to do, but not mosquitos. A real plus for those looking to escape the summer heat of their home towns.
