Thinking about taking a vacation to sunny Florida? Why not stay at our wonderful 1950 sq. ft property with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms .The master bedroom has its own Jetted tub with his and her sink, and stand- up shower. A King sized bed and medium flat screen TV and a walk in Closet There are two other bedrooms on the other side of the house, The second bedroom has a Queen sized and a single bed with a flat Screen TV and a walk -in closet share bathroom with a third bedroom. Third bedroom has two Full sized beds, walk-in closet.. The Villa features a fantastic,open split floor plan with Ceramic Tiles throughout . Living room has a TV and D B D player . Working kitchen with Stain less Steel appliances with Pots and Pans for those who like to cook. The living room opens to a screened porch with a lovely private heated pool ready for those hot Florida days.
.Pool have out doors Chairs so you can sit and watch the sun slip away .Pool heat cost $25 per day for winter months. Parties are not allowed.

Relaxing in the pool
We are three family members, all seniors who like to go south to escape cold, snowy winters. This rental property was perfect for us. The house was comfortable and the pool was amazing. Our favorite thing was spending time in the sparkling, clear water of this beautiful pool. We also greatly appreciated Ruth, the property manager, who was nearby and answered any question and responded very quickly. She did a great job.
