This luxurious apartment is renovated in June 2016, fully equipped and decorated in contemporary design. Operational both during summer and winter, this modern apartment is located in one of the upscale areas of south part of Athens across of the Athenian Riviera.

Very safe, picturesque neighbourhood. Perfect both for relaxation/leisure and/or business. Walking distance from the beach and 10 kms from the center of Athens by car. Bus station is few meters away while tram station is 3 mins walking, so you can easily transport to the city center and Piraeus Port or go for shopping or leisure at Glyfada area, one of the most popular suburbs in Athens. You can find anything you need within walking distance, from pharmacies to super markets, banks and bakeries, tavernas and restaurants.

The balcony offers an oasis with a view towards the sea, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a late night drink.

The apartment was fully renovated on July 2016. All furniture are new.

Luxury and Beauty on the Athenian Riveria!
This apartment is absolutely flawless and beautiful as pictured. The hosts give the best directions to check in that I have ever had and everything is flawless! The bed is the most comfortable rental bed that I have ever encountered and the bathroom and kitchen are gorgeous and state of the art. The property is next door to a bakery and coffee shop that has a cafe with wonderful food and coffee and also one of the best family restaurants we ate in is next to that! It was directly across the street from our very favorite beach experience -where you can purchase a chair with an umbrella (cheaply) for the day and have food and drinks delivered to you all day. Directly adjacent to the beach access is a beautiful park with many benches and there are multiple restaurants along the boardwalk . My daughter and I explored at least 4 of the beaches while here and this was by far our favorite one! You could also use your own towel and go to the beach for free. We will certainly be back to this property! Excellent! We were so grateful to have found this place!!!

Spacious apartment ideally located for beach and transport links
This is the third time we have stayed in this apartment. There have been some great improvements since last year with refurbished bathroom, re-tiled balconies and new oven. Communication with Vassilis, as always, was excellent, with very speedy replies. Once again we received the warmest welcome from Sotoris. As stated in an earlier review, this is one of the best equipped apartments we have ever stayed in. It is well located across the road from tram & bus stops and the beach. This perfect location does mean there is some traffic noise, but this isn’t noticeable with windows shut. There is a good 24/7 bakers next door and a full range of shops, bars and restaurants close by. Unlike many places you are in the heart of the community. We have enjoyed all our stays and will return.

The beach is just few meters away by foot. There is a public beach but we recommend that you visit the private organized ones.
You may have very easy access through public transportation and taxis to all over Athens, the port of Piraeus, the Airport, the Archaological sites, the coast line to the Temple of Posidon in Sounion, etc.
The "Floisvos Recreation Area" another beautiful area with a Marina, bars, restaurants, parks, playgrounds and even a summer open-air cinema is only 10 minutes away by Tram.
