Amazing Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing birthday weekend in Playa. The house was amazing and easily accomodate our group. Lauro was great and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. He was able to coordinate a chef, groceries, and massages. His attention to detail and responsiveness was top notch. Will return for my next bday celebration!

Nice Home almost directly on beach
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good rental, however, not too much privacy with different maintenance men coming and going. They should revisit this policy. We did not like or appreciate different maintenance men coming and going. We paid for the entire home and at most anytime some random guy would come in to fix something! This is my only complaint!! NO ONE should ba allowed access without knocking and informing the tenants! The house cleaning lady was very efficient and nice!

Villa Unica Bachelorette Party
We had a really great time staying at Villa Unica. Leading up to the trip, the staff at Playa Moments were very helpful with recommending different activities, pre-booking transportation and decorations, and even set us up with a private chef. The villa itself was spectacular - we loved hanging out at the pool on the roof in the afternoons. There were always fresh towels and the villa itself was very clean. If we needed anything during our stay, Daniel was very responsive the entire time. The Wifi at the house was great if you were on the lower level, but not as strong in some of the bedrooms. In addition, some of the outlets/lights weren’t working in 2 of the bedrooms, but it honestly didn’t impact our trip. We spent most of our time outdoors anyway, and the outdoor areas were absolutely perfect. Totally blew everyone’s expectations out of the water. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was spectacular with the 2 pools, hot tub, and many different places to all hang out together. The Playa Moments employees Nadia and Daniel were extremely helpful and made our stay seamless with airport transfers, a pre-stocked kitchen, and recommendations. The community of the house was also great and we felt very safe at all times!

Great House for Families
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Unica is in a great location. The neighborhood is safe and very nice. The house is very spacious and has a lot of great amenities. The photos show small bushes around the pool, but they are much larger so the pool area is very private. The smaller raised pool is shallow which was great because we had two small children with us. It's also good for adults if you want to sit and relax in the water. The beach is a very easy 2 minute walk away. The villa itself was very clean, but a little worn, mainly in the kitchen. The gym area is also not in great shape, but the equipment worked fine, it just was dusty. I don't think it gets used much. In the main master bedroom, I think the window glass in the shower was installed backwards because at night we can see into the shower from outside, but from inside it looked like a mirror. We were there at a time when it was still light out when we showered so we didn't need to turn on the light so you couldn't see in. It is on the second floor, so maybe you can't see as much as we think.Playa moments staff was helpful and took care of everything we asked, but there were times I had to follow up a few times to get an answer. Nadia checked in on us every day to make sure things were good. The housekeeping staff made sure we had fresh towels and kept the place tidy during our stay. Overall, I would recommend Villa Unica and I would stay there again if I were visiting Playa del Carmen again.
