PROPERTY LOCATED IN VIEQUES WHICH IS AN ISLAND OFF PUERTO RICO WHICH REQUIRES TRAVEL BY FERRY OR FLIGHT FROM THE MAIN ISLAND OF PUERTO RICO.

The Space:
Casa Bromelia is located on a quiet neighborhood street in the quaint fishing Village of Esperanza on the Southside of Vieques Island with views of the calm Caribbean Sea and Keys.

Esperanza is every popular as an authentic beach side area with lovely beaches, restaurants, snorkeling, bars, shopping  and locals and all within a short stroll from Casa Bromelia.


Casa Bromelia sits up high with views and breezes and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms with one bedroom en suite.  The entire house is air conditioned if needed however, there are windows with screens that can be opened to allow the soft Caribbean breezes to flow through.


The house is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining as well as out door dining, a living room as well as outside seating. There is a Primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a King bed.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds and share a bathroom.  Our beds all have white cotton sheets with coverlets.


The outside covered seating and dining areas are very private with views to the Caribbean.


For additional space see our listing for Casa Bromelia with Casita for two additional people.  The Casita is very private with a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom.


Casa Bromelia is professionally managed by Bravos Boyz Real Estate and Property Management where your vacation is cared for perfectly.

The Neighborhood:
Esperanza is on the south side of the island. The house is about two blocks from the Malecon.

Safe, convenient, walkable location for 2 adults and 2 tweens. Spacious and clean, with air conditioners in each room and a great attached outdoor space. Would stay here again.

WONDERFUL
overall the property was very nice and clean. The kitchen had all things needed to prepare a meal. All appliances were clean and ready to use. The store, Lydia's was within walking distance from the property and we found it had alot of what we needed for the stay. Victor was great to work with, he met us at the property and explained all things we needed to know. The covered porch makes the house, no matter rain or shine you can sit out and enjoy the atomsphere. We hope to come back and stay again.

Merry Christmas at Casa Bromelia
We loved our Christmas week stay with family of four adults at the Casa Bromelia in Esperanza, Clean, comfortable and well equipped indoors and out (great to have beach chairs and coolers, umbrella needs replacing). Wonderful covered porch with water views for hanging out. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and bars on the Malecon in Esperanza as well as Lydia's Comida market. Jeep rental from Bravos Boyz worked out great as well and the Bravos Boyz contact Victor was very helpful with easy check in and check out for car and house. Highly recommend.

Great location
We liked the rental, and it was equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs. The place was just a few blocks from the Esperanza restaurant area. Some nic views.
