The main level consists of the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a large deck equipped with a 6-person hot tub and table and chairs. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a private bath, and the other with 2 twin beds and a private bath. This level also contains the laundry facilities.
