Recently updated with new carpet this spacious, 3-level townhome sleeps 6-8 very comfortably and privately. The master suite, located on the top floor, contains a king bed and a private bath. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a large deck equipped with a 6-person hot tub and table and chairs. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a private bath, and the other with 2 twin beds and a private bath. This level also contains the laundry facilities.

Great Stay

My group and I have been taking the same trip to Breckenridge for 4 years and this was our favorite property so far. The common areas are nice and open and the location cannot be beat. Definitely recommend!

Great place close to town!

The townhouse was very comfortable for our group of 8. The private hot tub was awesome. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed. The location was very convenient, close to town and the lifts. If you don't want to walk, you can take the free shuttle which was right down the street. I would stay here again!

NC Family Ski 2016

This was a great house. Hot tub was perfect. Great abo and slept out family of 8 adults very comfortably.

We were very lucky to have 4 feet of fresh snow which was also incredible.

Easy proximity for two of our ladies that were not skiers to the shops.

Walking distance to Peak 9 base.
