If you’re searching for the best views of the lake, look no further than this charming waterfront cottage- Property 305. Sleeping six, this home offers four bedrooms, one-and-a half-baths, and all the comforts of home. Guests can choose to get their beauty rest in one of the six twin sized beds to recharge after their day.

The living room features a brick-stacked fireplace and a flat-screen television with cable and a Blue-Ray DVD player. Prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, providing both large and small appliances to make you feel right at home. Dine at one of the two four-person tables, or enjoy your dining experience on the screened-in porch and take advantage of the one-of-a-kind lake views. An outdoor grill is also available for your use.

The cottage’s spacious property provides room to relax and soak up some rays, and the private dock is able to accommodate up to two 28-foot boats. Kayaks are also provided. After your day, take advantage of the outdoor shower to wash off any sand or dirt before heading inside.

Please note that the water source is from the lake, so bottled water is recommended for drinking and cooking.

Charming Relaxation
What a wonderful summer cottage on the lake! A well stocked kitchen and the gas grill made meals easy to prepare. The dock provided great access to the water. The view was amazing and we would highly recommend this property.

An excellent lakefront home that was ideal
This was our third summer at this home and we love it. It's location, unbelievable closeness to Lake Winnipesaukee and amenities inside are perfect for us. It's impossible to give it an adequate review but the fact we keep coming back and added a second week this year should indicate how great it is for our family; a Mom, Dad and two kids (7) & (5).

Excellent escape
This is our second year in the house and we look forward to more. The house is perfectly situated on the lake with several amenities and features that make it an ideal spot for our family. The wrap-around porch is surely a highlight as are the dock and swim raft. We fished, boated, swam, chatted, all the things you hope to do on a Winni vacation. The fire pit (newly updated) was excellent for catching the late night lake activity while enjoying cozy conversation and smore's.We had some rain, but the DVD player and some games were used to pass the time...thank you!
