The living area includes an electric fireplace and plenty of seating to kick back and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal times, with a stove, a refrigerator, and small appliances, like a microwave and coffee maker. Dine at the counter, or take your plates out to the deck to listen to the rolling waters of the lake as your enjoy your meal. There is also a gas grill for additional cooking.

The lake is easily accessible, as this home does have its own dock and can accommodate up to an eighteen-foot boat. There is also a ladder, perfect for swimmers. The boathouse shares a paddleboat, four kayaks, one canoe, and two rowboats with the cottage next door.
