Great Home, Short Walk Over Bridge To Beautiful Manasota Beach!

Beautiful two bedroom home is situated a short walk over the bridge to the beach. Interior designer furnished and fully equipped with everything you could need. Large open plan living room with sofas, table and large screen tv. Dining table with chairs. Sliding glass doors onto the pool area which can be electrically heated in winter. For an extra charge. Kitchen overlooks the living and dining area and is fully equipped with all brand new modern appliances.

The master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen 46 inch tv on wall, doors onto the patio area and its own shower room. The second bedroom is great for families as it has a full bed and a twin trundle bed which can also convert to king. Also has flat screen tv on wall. There is a second full bathroom off this bedroom and also accessible from living room.

The pool has a, baby safety fence if required and is approx 14 x 24 long. Pool can be electrically heated in winter for an extra charge. 10 minutes to local shops and restaurants. Great location - hard to find such a nice home so close to the beach at a reasonable price!

There is dining table and chairs on lanai.
Sun loungers for lying by the pool.
Front porch with rocking chairs.

Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Great house!
This was our 2nd year staying at this property and it was great again! We really enjoy the house, the pool and how close we are to the beach.

Perfect!
This was the perfect place. The layout was great. The pictures do not do it justice. There was so much room. Open floor plan, big rooms, and amazing outdoor spaces. The beach is super close. We loved it so much my wife wants it to be her forever home.

Wonderful!
Great two bedroom vacation home, close to the beach, clean, with fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, pool and all kinds of equipment for the beach. It is in good shape, clean and so close to the beach you could walk. Communication with the property management was also pleasant and possible at any time. I would definitely recommend the cottage. The only small thing I would have to criticize is the very soft mattresses in the master bedroom. But since the softness of mattresses is very subjective, this does not have to be a negative point for other guests.

Would not recommend
1. The property has construction site next to the house. We find out only when we arrive at the property. 2. Disposal in the kitchen sink did not work. 3. Old appliances. 4. Lots of cracked plates. 5. Remotes without batteries. 6. Ants everywhere. One of my kids was bitten in the face by ant at night and the wound did not heal until doctor prescribed some medications when we come back to Maryland.

Really great place to stay
My family and I, stayed for the week and had a great time. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and a couple of nice walking trails we’re just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!
