Now Available For 2024! Charming Pet-Friendly Cottage with access to Old Dairy Complex

The historic renovation effort of the Bull Barn Cottage was completed in 2006 on the Herdsman Cottage and Bull Barn has since provided a convenient and comfortable home away from home. Sleeping four, this two-bedroom, two-bath cottage is set against a beautiful backdrop of the Allegheny Mountains and is located a short walk away from the Milk House Market and the Old Dairy Community Center.

Both bedrooms feature queen-sized accommodations with full baths. The kitchen is fully-stocked and equipped for meal prep, all that can be enjoyed at the four-person dining table. The cozy living room offers comfortable seating and a television, perfect for unwinding after an eventful day of exploring the state park.

Gorgeous views of rolling pastures and impressive mountains completes this cottage’s rustic, country ambiance and perfectly enhances your Hot Springs getaway.

For your convenience, the Bull Barn Cottage includes free Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. Guests also have access to the Old Dairy Community Center which offers a seasonal, outdoor pool, large indoor hot tub, game room and fitness center.

We encourage you to bring your four-legged friend, as the Bull Barn Cottage does accommodate pets for an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

Please note that guests must be 21 years of age to rent this property.

Lovely renovated cottage. The cutest kitchen that had everything we needed to cook or prep meals. Gorgeous bathroom with giant soaking tub was definitely a highlight. We used the sauna at the mill frequently. We only had wished the jacuzzi was fixed when we were there. We were so close to springs, the resort, and many taverns/ inns. It was the perfect location. Great communication with the property managers and they were happy to answer any questions. Very cute market right by the cottage at the mill where we could grab a coffee and a bite to eat. Not far from many trails as well. Greatly enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back and do it again.

Cozy cottage in a wonderful location
Everything about this experience was smooth. The place is amazing, the house is very comfortable and really had everything you need. The facilities are clean and spacious. Everything was prepared for our arrival, it was almost like coming to your own home. Stacy was always available and easy to reach out. She is such a wonderful person and super friendly. We would definitely go back again.
