The 1928 Tudor is a charming reminder of simpler times with all the conveniences of today. Located in the historic East Hill neighborhood, it has 3BR, 2BA and a covered patio. Across the street is a large passive city park with tot lot and picnic area. Great location, close to everything Pensacola offers! Normally, about a fifteen to twenty minute drive to Pensacola Beach and 10 minutes to historic downtown Pensacola.

It is next door to our other rental property, East Hill's 2012 Loft Townhouse, a 2BR, 2BA, (HomeAway or VRBO #457470) that sleeps maximum six in beds. We provide a blow-up mattress to allow for flexible sleeping arrangements, plus a pack & play crib. Reserve both places for your larger group, both places sleep up to 14 guests total.

Make yourself at home in this charming, updated 1928 brick Tudor home. It is a spacious 1750 sq ft home which has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home is perfectly situated for easy access to all Pensacola area attractions. Normally, about a15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach, the main beach and pier which is near the 'Beach Ball' water tower. Ten minutes to historic downtown Pensacola and the new Meritime Park and Blue Wahoos Stadium. Just 20 minutes to the front gate of the Pensacola's Naval Air Station, Corry Station, Pensacola's International Airport and the Cordova Mall.

The 1928 English Tudor style brown brick home is in the quiet, historic East Hill neighborhood. It has a charming ambiance with hardwood floors and tile in kitchen and 3rd bedroom, 9 foot ceilings, graceful archways, arched niches, French doors and a gas fireplace in the living room. It is actually the house of seven gables with a large front porch plus a side covered patio. If you listen carefully, you may hear the distant whistle of the train that goes through town a few times a day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with side by side refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and a full size washer/dryer in utility area.

The master bedroom has luxurious adjoining bath that boasts cherry cabinets, marble counter top and oversized whirlpool tub. The maximum number of guests is eight, if you have over 6 there is an additional $10 per person per night for the 7th or 8th guest. Master bedroom has a king size bed and large Smart, HD TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and 43 inch, Smart, HDTV. Third bedroom has a queen size bed plus a daybed with trundle (two twin beds) with a 22" TV with DVD player, not hooked to DirecTV but is for streaming and games.

We know you are not here just to watch TV but the living room also has a 50 inch, Smart, HDTV. That's four TV's throughout the home and high speed WIFI service is provided. WIFI is an excellent speed for streaming your own choice of programs.

Outdoors there are many flowering trees and bushes with something flowering almost year round. The covered patio on the side of the home has a view of the park across the street, a pub height table and 4 chairs as well as a lounger and chair with foot stool. A charcoal BBQ grill is available. There are 3 cameras outside for security.

There is off street parking for up to 2 cars available and ample on street parking, if needed.

Old World Charm
The 1928 Tudor has old world charm and modern conveniences. Plenty of room and everything you need for a family get together. The outside space is breezy and quiet. Rented together with the townhouse next door provides extra space for older family members with mobility issues. The house is located near the beaches, parks and many wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would enjoy staying here in the future.

Pleasant Stay at the 1928 Tudor
Our family enjoyed a very pleasant vacation stay at the 1928 Tudor property while visiting Pensacola area attractions. The house is well maintained and situated in a quiet pleasant residential neighborhood. The owner was very attentive to ensuring that we were checked-in and comfortable in the house. We would return to this property if we are again in the area.

Come to Pensacola to enjoy all the amenities. Yes, the spectacular beach but not only the beach. Your family and friends can be comfortable and close to everything while enjoying a quiet, more affordable accommodation. It will almost be like visiting a relative in an exciting destination.

What makes this property unique

Directly across the street is a large (city block square) passive park with huge tot lot and covered picnic table. Kids of all ages will enjoy the park. Great location for walking throughout East Hill. Only a few blocks to Bayview Park which offers, tennis courts, basketball courts, boat ramp, pier, tot lot, Senior Center, Recreation Area, etc.

The home is in close proximity to everything in the Pensacola area; Normally, 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach and the Pier (Due to Bridge damage during Hurricane Sally a detour is needed to get to Pensacola Beach. Currently, bridge is expected to open by Memorial Weekend.) , 10 minutes to historic downtown Pensacola and the new Maritime Park, home of the Blue Wahoos and only 20 minutes to the front gate of the Pensacola Naval Air Station or the Pensacola International Airport. Yet this home is nestled in a quiet, historic neighborhood, known as East Hill.

Various flowering plants and trees are on the property. Something is blooming almost all year round. The many variety of birds, squirrels and even turtles are entertaining to observe. We are nearby to be of assistance during your visit.
