This bright, spacious, elegantly decorated three bedroom, two bath home, with its beautiful canal view, is an ideal spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Conveniently located near five golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and some of the finest white beaches Florida has to offer as well as world class fishing!

The great room is very inviting with comfortable furniture, 42" LCD flat screen TV and DVD player. This room is open to the lanai/pool area and easily accessible from the large sliders which also make the villa very bright and airy. There is a sitting area right off the great room to sit, put your feet up, and read a book.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. There are stainless steel appliances, an ice machine, filtered water, and much more. The breakfast bar and dining nook area are both perfect for casual dining. The view from the dining nook is outstanding. There is also an area in the kitchen with a desk for your computer as the home has Wi-Fi Internet connection.

The spacious, elegantly furnished formal dining room, with sliders opening to the pool/lanai area, is the perfect place to entertain and enjoy a meal with family and friends.

Open the French doors and enter the regal master suite with its tray ceilings. There is a king size bed, 36" LCD flat screen TV, and two walk-in closets. The master bedroom also has sliders that open to the pool/lanai area. The en suite bath has double sinks, walk-in shower, and a large tub.

The two guest bedrooms are also beautifully decorated. The first guest room has a queen size bed and the other has a set of twin beds. The guest bathroom is conveniently located between the guest rooms.

The uniquely shaped pool has both solar and electric heating. The waterfall only adds to this idyllic setting. The lanai has a dining table that seats eight, loungers, and a BBQ.

This villa also comes equipped with two bikes, pool floats, and a large cooler. You also have free local and long distance calling throughout the United States and Canada.

This is the perfect spot for your vacation in the Sunshine State.

Good Weather
We had a few problems the first week. The second bathroom shower and cable TV were problems the first four days. Lou worked diligently to get them resolved. Took us a while to figure out the neighborhood streets but figured things out with help of GPS. Pool was excellent and accommodations good. Home was well equipped to meet our needs. Gas grill needs to be replaced.

This house will no longer be a rental so not much to say. I would not rerent it as we had the opportunity but they decided to take it our of rental in April of this year. To watch regular TV you had to use the bedroom. Second bath a cracker box. Front room couch and love seat dirty and under the cushions must have been at least two year of crap. Needs to be set a te curb. The table in the patio was pealing black paint so real nice to eat on. The deck area was like a cracker box and you really could sun yourself. The bed in the main bedroom was so high you aout need to take a running jump to get in. I would give the house a C and we have had 20 years renting in Rotonda West.

Nice and quiet !
Overall, just what we hoped it might be. Nice pool area, comfortable bed, clean, and everything you need from beach toys to seasonings to cook with. Had a problem with garbage can that prior tenant left full. Actually, was our fault, but the manager took care of it asap. 20 minutes to beach, or less.

Manager was rude and aggressive
Our stay was spoiled by the behaviour of the property manager. It began when we asked why the pool was not heated as we had asked for this on the booking. We could not get hold of the manager for 3 days. When we did reach him, he blamed not having any internet access (however he was able to provide us with the entry code???). He arrived at the property to turn on the heater, but shouted at us that he was very tired and was doing us a great favour turning up and demanding an extra $95. The house had also been damaged by the recent hurricane, and although sympathetic to this, we were not told about it, and it smelt of “wet” in the 2nd bedroom. We could not change the channel on the tv due to a faulty remote and the microwave kept tripping the power supply. His attitude soured the whole stay. The location was great, but I would not stay in a property run by this company again.
