Many upgrades for this well-maintained, self-catering, clean and airy, open-concept living room/dining room 2nd floor condo that's perfect for entertaining. Your vacation get-away features 3-BR and 2 Bath, a fully-stocked kitchen (newer gas range and microwave); flat screen TVs in each room, including a 60" Visio Smart TV in the living room with a new HD Blue Tooth Player; Condo is High Speed Wi-Fi ready. Unit has an inviting covered deck with furniture and awnings. Air conditioning and gas-log fireplace (Off for Summer) makes this a comfortable accommodation for any season. Off-street parking for one in the back with plenty of parking out front, outside shower and secure storage unit. I also provide a gas grill for your use along with beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toy's and bogie boards. I provide 6 beach badges for your use. Condo is a quick walk to OC's favorite breakfast location, Uncle Bill's Pancake House at 40th and West and a short drive to the 34th and 55th Street shopping and restaurants! Sorry, this is a Non-Smoking Unit. No Pets allowed.

Terry's home will provide the perfect week's vacation if you are looking for a relaxing time on the beach, quality time with friends and family, and quiet nights. A short drive to the boardwalk if you are interested.

Clean and convenient. Exactly as described and pictured. Quick responses from owner. Close to beach. Lots of useful beach items in shed. Beautiful bedrooms. We had a great time! Well organized and everything we needed we found. Close enough to walk to Uncle Bill’s Pancakes. AC worked well. Sufficient ice in fridge. Just perfect! Thank you Terry!

My parents took me and my siblings to Ocean City back in the 70's and I never wanted to be anywhere else since then! I was able to provide my children with the same experience and I know they will do the same for their children. It's just an awesome place to relax and enjoy life!!

Why they chose this property

I grew up on the 44th street beach and can't believe I now own a property only one block from where my parents had their beach house. Many, many good memories with my family in Ocean City NJ, in the quite south end of the island. My kids are grown now, but still come back every year to enjoy the Jersey shore!

What makes this property unique

Less than two blocks to a clean, wide, life guarded beautiful white sandy beach! I do provide beach tags for my tenants along with a few beach items for your use. I provide beach chairs, umbrella's, sand toys and many bogie boards etc.(check photos).
