Sereno Del Sol is a great place to enjoy your stay in this 2 bedroom 2 bath unit.
This property is beach front and has beach access from the main level.

The condo has a comfy living room with access to the balcony which over looks the pool.
The dining room has seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar.

The kitchen has all the conveniences of home. Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, are just a few of this kitchens goodies.

The master bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed and TV. The attached master bedroom hosts a garden tub and a walk in shower too.

The guest bedroom is large with a king bed and TV too. The guest bathroom has a tub / shower combo.

Unit is 1845 sq ft.
maximum of 4 guests.

Unit has washer and dryer too.

There is a one parking spot for the renter and if necessary, there are several guest spots for visitors.

Take the elevator to the main floor and walk out onto the beach.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00 application fee after booking has been approved.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

Location was great. Guest room toilet did not flush properly. Carpeting in bed rooms was soiled. Red sectional as shown on vrbo was not there; replaced by vinyl couch that was not the most comfortable. Chairs and table in dining area did not have stick-on pieces on bottom of legs, thus very squeaky and scratchy. I bought some and applied them. Bottoms of doors were wearing. Outlet in guest bedroom hanging out of the wall.

Unit is very nice, big bedrooms, small
Unit is very nice, big bedrooms, small kitchen but addiquate, tvs flat screen looks like 40in. Beach is more like crushed shells than soft sand but is nice and quiet, only downfall is this complex is not on a trolley route you have to drive to sand key or Indian rocks to catch the trolley. Over all this unit and location is good value for the price. Thank you florida beach rentals your staff are a credit to your business . Thank you mike been.
