Excellent Property
This condo has everything you could want in a vacation rental: comfortable sitting areas, well appointed kitchen, very nice patio, and comfortable beds! Great location, and the host is very accommodating.

Nicely Decorated Condo Close to Everything
Loved the decor of the Condo. It was very clean, which is important to me. Walking distance to Commercial Street's shops and restaurants. Great view of the Pilgrim Monument, especially at night. Just a short drive to beaches. Andrew was nice to work with, and let me book an extra night on short notice!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Carnival Week Stay
The property is perfect. Location is right in the center of town next too the monument but just off busy Bradford St. so not encumbered with traffic. The monument is on a steep hill and this property is at the bottom and flat so no arduous climb to and from the door. We all cook and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. We grilled a couple nights and even one morning, sat outside on the patio and relaxed and read. The rooms are very nice, the living room is a great room to congregate. The bedrooms had a very nice bed with clean sheets. One bedroom had a bench to sit on also. The bathrooms are VERY nice. The owner is very kind and open to feedback without considering it criticism. We didn't have any problems but he was a phone call away and very responsive (we texted to let him know we were there and when we were leaving). This is a great property, we will definitely be rebooking.

Cute condo, good location
We stayed here in late April for a few days just to get away. It was a good size condo for two people. Two nice sized full bathrooms, good kitchen. We mostly cooked in and there was a Stop and Shop a few minutes away. Commercial Street was only a few minute walk away so you could easily walk there but were far enough away that it was quieter. Parking, easy check in and Check out. We would definitely stay there again.

Why they chose this property

This property is the perfect Provincetown vacation property to me. It is an easy walk from the ferry and also 2 blocks from all of the action on Commercial Street. I love the walkability of this property. It has a terrific open floor plan and all of the modern amenities including an exclusive use yard that any vacationer would want.
