This is a Five Star Penthouse in the very heart of the city of Sanremo. Steps to all the best beaches, Ariston Theater, Casino , restaurants and bars. The apartment has been fully restructured with a new kitchen and two bathrooms. It is fully airconditioned with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. The home is fully furnished will all the luxuries of home, plasma TV, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and of course all required linen and kitchen utensils.
The apartment is large , airy, and full of sunlight. There is also space in the basement of the building for those that wish to bring their bicycles to enjoy the wonderful cycle path along the Riviera leading to Monte Carlo.
In the apartment there are 2 double beds and 2 single beds. In the case of the preparation of the sofa bed located in the living room, it's necessary to pay extra.
Since this is a family building we do own other properties within the same building, and have an onsite property manager to check guests in and assist in whatever way possible to make this a vacation of a life time.
THE CHECK IN MUST BE AT LEAST 16:00 OTHERWISE THERE IS A COST EXTRA TO PAY
Sanremo is known for so many things, and all of them can be enjoyed from this location, with no need for a car. Casino, great shopping, amazing restaurants and bars, pizza restaurant, many wonderful beaches, Ariston Theater (Sanremo song festival) Via Matteoti is known as the "living room of Sanremo" It is a pedestrian mall, within 20 paces of the apartment
Sanremo is a small town, and parking is limited. There are two major covered parking locations in the city. Both within walking distance. The costs are Euro 12.00 and Euro 15.00 per day. There are also uncovered monitored parking spaces close by. The bus station is within 300 meters of the apartment, and offers day trips to the wonderful interior of the Ligurian coast. There is a wonderful cycle path along the Italian Riviera, and Sanremo 's path can be reached at the end of our street. We do offer storage for bicycles at no charge.

Nice big Appartement in the heart of Sanremo
I was very impressed with the location of the apartment. Very central, but also very near to the beach. Being in the 5th floor, it was very quiet. Richard and the local reception team were very polite and helpful. And I was very thankful for his flexibility and understanding by correcting the booking. The parking place can be very challenging in the city, most critical on saturdays. Ones will find it for sure, but might need few minutes searching around. I recommend it! Nice vacation in a beautiful city!

Lovely central apartment
We have been very happy for our stay in this apartment. It is exactly as described: Very comfortable, stylish, roomy, well maintained and well equipped. All rooms with aircon makes even the warmest day tolerable. Location is perfect in centre of city. The terrace is nice but the view is restricted by the high wall barrier. We had some parking concerns but it is easy and not expensive to park at the beach. Loading/offloading luggage from car is done Italian style with disaster lights on 😊. All in all very recommendable.

I am retired and live between Sanremo and the USA where my family and grandchildren live. I have traveled very extensive;y all my life throughout the World. However it is always the best time when I see the wonderful Mediterranean as I drive down the mountain towards Sanremo

Why they chose this property

This property has been in my family since it was built by them in 1828. It is in the very center of the City, and a car is not necessary. The best shops, restaurants, bars, cinema beaches and the Casino are all within a few steps of the front door. The apartment has been totally restructured with all the luxuries one needs.. This is also one of the only properties in Sanremo with a full time property manager on site. Our average guest ratings have been five star for two years.
