Chatham Park is a Four-bedroom / three-bathroom, air-conditioned pool villa that sleeps until ten guests. There's free Internet throughout Chatham Park, which is a big help if you want to check out websites for area attractions, set tee times and keep in touch with friends back home.

There's a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, cookware, dishes and glassware you will need during your stay.

The master bedroom has comfortable king-sized bed and large flat-screen cable TV. It is a true retreat that you'll enjoy returning to each evening.

One of the things you'll enjoy the most about Chatham Park is the screened lanai that opens to a secluded, woodsy area. This space has a good-sized pool and plenty of chairs where you relax and enjoy an evening cocktail. It's a truly restful setting that will be a great respite after a day of theme park.

Simple House
Simple with your basic needs. No game room which was disappointing. The rooms upstairs was super hot as to the master room was cold. Neighbor was nice. Overall, it was okay.

Beautiful House!
This was a great house! We had a group of 9 people fit comfortably in this house. The beds were super comfy and the house was very clean and spacious! Target is about 2 minutes away which was great to get basic supplies and food we needed during our stay. The pool was great, however, we could not locate the switch to turn the pool lights on which made it a little harder to enjoy after dark. We did notice a security camera in the living/dining area and contacted the management company who told us it was fine to turn it to the wall. (A little strange). The neighborhood was quiet and was only about 20 minutes from Disney! Overall, I loved the house as we could do our own cooking and it saved us money on a hotel for the amount of people traveling. Would definitely stay here again!
