Easton's Point Beach House, Close To Newport And Beaches

Quintessential 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house with stone fireplace and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Cute and cozy coastal decor. Large backyard with frontage on Tuckerman Ave that includes a brand new deck. Two bedrooms have full beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. In addition to the living room, there is a sun room/sitting room with a day bed. Plans for outdoor shower to be built spring 2017!!!

One block from water and easy walk to Newport’s First (Easton’s) beach and the Cliff Walk. Just over a mile to Second (Sachuest) beach and a short drive to the center of Newport’s night life and restaurants. Also very close by are Middletown’s nature preserve, a bird sanctuary, Newport National Golf Course and the Newport Winery.

Summer vacay
Great week at the house. Supplied all the towels, sheets of you want to use. Owners were completely available in case of an issue and all instructions were spelled out. Great back yard for kids. Short drive to beach. Would stay again!

Cozy cottage.

Charm by the sea
This property was absolutely charming. It had everything you needed for a week by the sea. The way the house is designed gives individuals privacy and peace. Also the proximity to downtown Newport and area beaches was perfectly located. It was also clean and well appointed. We loved it.

Perfect
House was as described, recently renovated, well maintained, nice furnishing (comfortable beds) and clean and neat! The location is great, in a quiet residential area, within walking distance to 1st beach and restaurants of Middletown and within biking distance to 2nd and Newport. New deck w/ furniture and big lawn for hanging and playing. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with!

Quaint beach cottage
We stayed at this cute beach cottage for several days. The owner is very nice and great to work with. This house is exactly as advertised, recently remodeled, clean, great location. We loved having 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, laundry on site. It is an easy walk to the beach. The beach is sandy with perfect waves for boogy boarding or beginner surfing. Conviently located minutes from Newport.
