Located in the West Hyannisport area, close to Craigville, Covels, Keyes, Veterans & Hyannisport beach & only one mile to downtown Hyannis. This three bedroom, one bath ranch has a fireplace living room, galley kitchen, carport, three season room, outside shower, large outside yard that will accomodate all summer activities including volley ball, croquet, badmitten, ect: has a firepit for those summer evenings under the stars. If our linens and towels are used then they must be washed and dried prior to check out. Detergent is provided.
A Beach Pass to all town beaches and Sandy Neck is available with a fully refundable deposit of $475 (our cost as of 2024).

Perfect little getaway
Christine and Dennis were great hosts and very accommodating. This was our first time to Cape Cod and loved the location in Hyannis just minutes from some of the local beaches, and a short drive to many of the other towns, locations, shopping, etc. The house was a perfect little spot on a quiet side street for our family with young kids. The beach pass was great to have and saved us about $100 in parking to the local beaches, I would highly recommend arranging that with Christine prior to your stay. The house had plenty of games, seating, kitchen ware, etc for the family to enjoy. The only thing that threw us off was that all of the outlets in the house are still a two-prong outlet with no ground plug, so unless you unplug an a/c unit to use the adapter, think of bringing some adapters with you - I looked it up and they can be bought on amazon for fairly cheap. Thank you, Christine and Dennis!

Quiet and Comfortable Visit
Our visit was wonderful. Christine and Dennis were attentive to any need. We were met with a wonderful basket of treats with a “Happy Anniversary” note to go along—so sweet that they remembered. My children (young adults) enjoyed the central location to beaches and Main Street. I will be contacting Christine again when we come for our next visit!

Great Property and Location
Stayed at this property during the last week of June with my wife, 3 young children and our dog. It was a perfect sized property for our family. And the fact that the owners allow pets up to a certain size was a huge bonus as it saved us having to pay a dog sitter. Property was very clean. The owners provided everything that we could possibly need, from sheets and pillows, to laundry and dish detergent, to paper towels and toilet paper...and even more. Never had owners provide such necessities before. We would normally have to do a shopping trip for these items. Also, upon entering the home the first time we found a very thoughtful gift basket from the owners, containing items for both the adults and kids. A great surprise! Several beaches are only a mile to two miles away, and the owners also provide a resident parking pass for the beaches for a refundable deposit. Very convenient. We met the owners when we arrived so that we could get the parking pass. They are a very friendly, lovely couple. I highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking to vacation on the Cape. It is a great experience.
