CLOSE to everything/ Private Bath

We are unable to host service or therapy animals due to health reasons .

Seaside Retreat is a private suite with a comfy king size bed and private bathroom. There is a two day minimum except for folk and jazz festival which is a three night minimum. We will offer a one night minimum if that is all that is available upon request. We will consider a 2 day minimum during music festivals if that is all that is available.

We offer off street parking .

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is 11 am. Times are flexible but please contact us to see if possible and a fee might be added for early check in or late check
We are located in the center of historic Newport , a short walk to downtown, a two minute walk to the historic Broadway ( where the locals hang out) , the Newport Harbor( take a sailboat or motor boat excursion) , restaurants (including the White Horse Tavern,one of the oldest operating taverns in the U.S.) as well as trolleys to the mansions , the Tennis Hall of Fame , the Folk and Jazz Festivals .
It is a private suite with its own private bathroom plus sitting room and kitchenette (microwave fridge ,Keurig coffee machine (including free coffee and snacks), wine glasses etc . Free WIFI. For larger parties, check with owners for availability our other suite.

Due to Covid 19, new requirements upon departure : remove all trash , leave all dishes clean, strip bed but smooth comforter, no wet towels on floor
If you change your dates on a reservation ,our cancellation policy period stays with the original dates .
To keep prices down we do not add in a security deposit. If you do damage ,we will arrange compensation from you for whatever damage has been done.
