Such a beautiful house and pool area, the location in a gated community is lovely and quiet. Beach is a 5 min walk away. Shops close by as well couldn’t ask for more. Kitchen well stocked living room huge 3 bedrooms loads of room

Amazing place and very clean
First off I want to say Brian in the Ali really great people. We had some issues with our flight and had to reschedule and they were very accommodating for myself and my family. They checked in on this to make sure that everything was going great and that was really appreciate it. You can really tell they care about their guests. The house is amazing. The pool was great. The location is perfect. We felt right at home and had an excellent time. I would definitely recommend this place. We will definitely rebook next year. Thanks Brian and Ali for a wonderful stay we felt right at home.

Fabulous stay
Our stay exceeded expectations. Brian and Ali are wonderful in all of their communication- prompt, detailed and kind. The property is by far, the best Rental property our family has been at. The cleanliness is above par with all the nooks and crannies, equally as clean. The home is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Our family of 7 felt very at home. So much so, we have already booked for next year. You can tell Brian and Ali have great pride in their property and value the renters experience. We can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Amazing property
This home has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Little extras make life so easy. The pool area is very inviting. We could hardly get our grandchildren away from it. While in a residential neighborhood, the back yard is extremely private.

Why they chose this property

We are only one short block away from the beach! There is no public parking near our deeded beach entrance so this gives you a much less crowded portion of the beach to enjoy. We are a short 10 min walk to downtown Lauderdale-By-The-Sea! We are located in a Quiet Upscale Prestigious Neighborhood.

Parking for the beaches in Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale by the Sea is hard to come by, avoid the hassle and walk to the beach. Avoid wasting beach time looking for parking then paying a fortune to park. Stay on the island and walk to everything.

We try to have everything that our guests could possibly need on vacation readily available. If they like to bake, we have rolling pins, pie pans, and cookie sheets! If they like to barbecue, we have everything you could possibly need! If they like to play in the sand at the beach, we have lots of sand toys! If they like to check out great restaurants and bars, there are many to choose from just a short walk away! If they like to lounge in the pool, we have all sorts of pool floats! If they like to watch TV, we offer every channel available! If they like to watch TV while lounging in the pool, we have that covered too! Watch your favorite shows from our poolside outdoor TV! It’s important to us that Casa Coconut fits the needs of EVERYONE in the group or family staying with us!
