POWER SHUT OFF due to OWNER NOT PAYING BILLS; Unclean, Unorganized, In Need of Maintenance
DO NOT STAY HERE. Came home midway into our stay to find a notice on the door that the power was to be shut off due to owner not paying late power bills. The power was off and was not on by evening so were forced to find alternative housing for the remainder of our stay; owner refused to provide a refund. Upon arrival the home was unclean, unorganized, and maintenance/repairs were needed. Floors needed sweeping, counters/sinks needed cleaning. Linen closets and other supplies were unorganized. Moldy caulking in shower, sinks don't drain, one of two toilets didn't work, light bulbs burnt out, dilapidated and unkempt landscaping. Kitchen has minimal cooking equipment and utensils; TV service is not provided. There is sleeping space for many, but only one functional bathroom. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, including college students looking for a party house. THIS PLACE IS ON-PAR WITH THE WORST PARTY HOUSES I VISITED IN COLLEGE. I am baffled that there are any positive reviews.

Broken AC in 95 degrees, Gorgeous location. Great for winter.
The Bad: AC worked for 18 hours out of 4 nights, 5 days of 90+ temperatures. We had multiple nights over 80 inside. We had to buy multiple kitchen items (pan with lid, cookie tray, trash bags, etc). Grill wouldn't start, and was rusted on cooking surface. All visibile floors were very clean, but we found used waterbottles and plasticware under multiple beds. Kitchen water smelled of sulfur/well water? No other water smelled, but didn't taste right. We drank bottled water. We had to move light bulbs around as several were burned out. The Good: The location was amazing, the house was spacious and slept many people with no trouble. There was a wonderful pond and fire pit outside. The living room seating and provided Netflix made it very easy for 8 or more to watch a movie. The host came out in person to look at the AC over a holiday weekend, and was able to fix it temporarily.

Good location but owners need to invest in some maintenance.
This house is very convenient to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. However, as another reviewer commented there is a mildew odor and the air conditioner never worked properly (and dishwasher was broken) while we were there. The owners sent out a handyman who "unfroze" the condenser and it worked for about an hour after he left; we overheard him recommending that the motor be replaced but the owner said maybe "later". My husband got the A/C to work for about a half hour at a time by turning the breaker on and off and banging on the condenser. The owners response was to open the windows (no screens and it was very humid). Kathleen, the owner, promised a $50 refund because of the inconvenience but we never received it.
