119 3rd Street is an oceanside single family home in the heart of Beach Haven on Long Beach Island New Jersey. This home offers a reversed living floor plan with an additional game room/family room on the first floor. There is a large open concept living area with newly updated kitchen and two large sun decks. This ideal location is very close to the beach and only a few blocks away from the attractions of Beach Haven including Fantasy Island (3 blocks away), Bay Village (5 blocks away), Thundering Surf Water Park (4 blocks away) and much more! There is off street parking for several cars and 4 beach badges are including with the rental price. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Please note linens and towels are not included.

Worst rental ever. Stay away!
Not rental friendly. There was less than a half a roll of toilet paper for a total of 2 bathrooms. 1/4 of a roll of paper towels. There is only 1 garbage receptacle in the entire house which is located only in the kitchen. No trash containers in the bathrooms. The house smelled terrible of mold and was very musty. When I opened the windows to air out the house dust blow out from underneath all the beds and couches. Many windows had no screens. A blind was broken in one of the bedrooms (the owner did come and replace that). There were 3 bags of laundry left on the front porch. The shower and sink on the main floor bathroom was not draining well and people were standing in water up to their ankles. When we opened the door to the garage it smelled like it hadn’t been aired out in years.

4 Day Getaway
We were pleasantly pleased with the layout and cleanliness of the home. Great location, everything is within walking distance. Beach was so close. So happy he allowed our "fur baby" to come along too! Made wonderful memories!

Perfect house for entertaining
We had a wonderful week! The house is centrally located to all the Beach Haven activities as well as the beach. During these Covid times, the house provided us with the ability to entertain on the outside deck socially distant with family that was staying elsewhere. The large kitchen made family dinners easy to prepare and serve and the house itself has plenty of room for gathering together as well as individual space. As a side note, I thought that having the grill in the back (with no back door) was going to be an issue after seeing other reviews, however it was not a problem at all. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Awesome place!
We had a wonderful time! The house was recently renovated and very comfortable! Plenty of space for the adults and the kids to relax and enjoy. Perfect location! Would love to go back next summer!
