Apartment location is the selling point here. It’s fantastic - right next to the beach front and walkable to food outlets, shops etc. Block is very secure and security are very helpful. Pool is a lovely bonus. Flat is good size with a little balcony. Great value for money. Reception alternated between very helpful and quite abrupt/rude depending on who was on shift. If you speak Spanish it is definitely helpful for the staff as not many were fluent in English. Flat was not clean. Disappointing but there we go. We found hair in master bed and kitchen and bathroom were dirty. Overalll happy and would visit area again.

Al llegar al aeropuerto intentamos contactar por diferentes vías (texto, whatsapp, llamadas) incluyendo al dueño, hicimos más de 5 intentos y nunca nadie contestó ni tampocoregresaron la llamada. Al llegar al edificio debimos esperar más de una hora por el ama de llaves. Una vez en el apartamento notamos algo extraño. Lo que vimos publicado en línea no era lo mismo que pisábamos, faltaba algo, luego nos dimos cuenta que el mobiliario de las fotos que utilizan para exponer el apto no era el mismo que veíamos. Al encender los aires acondicionados vino la primera decepción. El aire del cuarto de huéspedes no era eficiente. El aire de la sala estaba dañado y sencillamente no era capaz ni de refrescar el ambiente. Al entrar a los baños notamos de inmediato que no estaban pulcros, ademas no habían suficientes toallas a pesar de que la reservación estaba hecha para 4 personas. La lencería era pésima y escasa. Lo cumbre del caso fue que la habitación principal ostenta una cama Kingsize pero no había ni cobijas, ni sábanas para ese tamaño de cama, al final tuvimos que arroparnos con sábanas individuales que era lo que había y terminamos peleándonos para arroparnos con la cobija que era de tamaño de cama individual. La otra pareja con la que compartiríamos el apartamento se fue al hotel Hilton ya que ante la precaria situación, se sintieron ofendidos con lo que acontecía. Cuando le solicitamos al ama de llaves más toallas mandó sólo dos más. Ante semejante entrega no volvimos a solicitar nada más. Al explicar que el aire principal no enfriaba las respuestas fueron excusas, al punto que se mencionó que hasta exploraban la posibilidad de eliminar por completo el aire de la sala para resolver el problema. La cocina es incómoda y escasa. La refrigeradora tampoco enfriaba bien. Para concluir nunca nos sentimos bien atendidos ni satisfechos, ya que no había intenciones de resolver ninguna de nuestras inquietudes. Muy triste todo ya que el apartamento en sí es cómodo y amplio pero muy mal gerenciado, es una pena.
