A cozy Lake House on Lake Hartwell. Fantastic lake views inside and out with 3 levels. A lofted cottage. Entertaining areas with an open floor plan. Comfortable Bedrooms, Large deck, farmhouse kitchen, outdoor dining, covered patio, gas fireplace, & kids board game room area. Gently slope to water. Plenty of parking. Quiet, peaceful with great swimming, fishing and boating. Stone fire pit and covered patio.

Public launch mins away. Clemson University 15 min drive. 30mins to downtown Greenville. Year round, heat & air. Its a Home Away from Home. (2,200sq. ft.) (All reservations must provide proof of Identification, 25 years and older only) no smoking. Please tell me alittle about you and your guests when looking for availability. NO PETS

There is a dock for fishing. If you would like to rent a boat, call
The Big Water Marina or Clemson Marina.

We have a long driveway and at least 3 parking spots for cars. You may park on our grass. Please do not park in neighbors driveway.

There are Adirondack chairs for fire pit. 2 Kayaks and a perfect cove to use them in. Please bring your own floats. Also, there are only 2 adult life jackets. Water is a least 15ft. Deep at dock.

A Peaceful Lakeside Retreat
This was our 2nd visit to Stonehaven. In my experience, the second visit to a vacation destination rarely lives up to the first time. Stonehaven was the exception to this. My sister and her family came up from FL, and joined me and my family. It was the perfect space for our reunion, with plenty of gathering areas, as well as spaces for quieter times. The house is very clean, and beautifully decorated, and the lake view is absolutely gorgeous! Denise provided plenty of extra touches, too, which we really appreciated, and when we requested the a/c setting be raised a couple degrees, she was quick to accommodate our request. Lastly, the checking in and out process at Stonehaven is much easier than at some other places I've stayed in the past. Things like that really matter when you're struggling to get your kids and belongings organized and out the door in a timely manor. I could go on and on! I'm already planning our next visit! Highly recommend!

What makes this property unique

Our 2,200 sq. ft cottage/Lake House is completely home to us for many reasons, peacefulness is only one of them. Love the farmhouse kitchen, open to the living and dining space, so you won't miss the game, movie or conversation. The french doors allow for the view to brighten up every morning, while having your coffee or tea. The fireplace is cozy and comfy during those winter nights. The upper deck opens up to the amazing view of the water and tree'd yard. As you watch the fish jump and the lakers sail by. There is a covered porch on the lower level with dinning and sitting areas. Peaceful and calming, no worries here. Enjoy a cool evening at the fire pit patio area.
