HOUSE RULES:
* Check in: from 15h to 22h. Notify the correct time within 48 hours of arrival. Special cases can be considered separately..

* Check out: 11 h.

* Upon confirmation of booking, please send copy of ID / CNH or passport + recent photo of all guests. Photos are printed and left at the building concierge for porters to identify guests.

* Unauthorized persons may not enter the building. As well as visits are not accepted. I can make exception upon request.

* Smoking is prohibited inside the apt. But you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed.

* Respecting the other residents of the building, silence after 10 pm is mandatory

* I ask to take care of the fit as if it were your home. This is the spirit of vacation rentals
