PARKING PASS POLICY AT TURQUOISE PLACE - - - All guest must purchase parking pass(es) at the time of booking. The fee is $50.00 per vehicle per stay for up to TWO vehicles. Parking onsite in the garage is only guaranteed for up to 2 vehicles registered in advance. If additional passes are needed they can be purchased at check in based on availability. Lost or stolen parking passes will not be replaced. There is limited parking for oversize vehicles on the lobby level. The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking on property or in any of our overflow parking lots: *RVs and campers (this includes Sprinter vans with hook ups) *Trailers *Buses *Boats and jet skis *Off road vehicles *Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts COA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.

CONSTRUSTION/COMING SOON!

The Turquoise Place is Under Construction! Which is a good thing. A new parking garage is being added to the East side of Building C. While a definite date cannot be determined due to unforeseen delays such as weather and material availability, it should be finished in Spring of 2024. During this time, you may hear some construction noise Monday thru Saturday 8 to 5. Once the new addition is ready here are some of the added amenities:

• A water slide
• A splash pad
• A putting green
• ONSITE overflow parking (the fees for overflow will continue)
• Covered walkways from the new garage into the existing garage
• A walkway from the amenity deck to the tennis court/indoor pool area
