Needs updating
Would not recommend, due to excessive charges for damages. Home was dirty upon check in and smoke detectors were not properly working. Positives were the views, but the poor property management outweighed the price. Next time I will definitely select a different cabin!

Great location and amazing views.
Overall, the location and views were amazing. Kitchen and livingroom were clean. There were some cobwebs and dust that needed to be cleaned up but overall the property was great. Didn’t get a chance to use hot tub because of the games being played all weekend.

Beautiful Views
Perfect for large families. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms on three floors. We saw a lot of bears! Property owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Good location only 20 minutes outside Gatlinburg off Hwy 321.

God's Miracle
My husband and I stayed at Heavenly View for 2 weeks in October of 2023 during leaf season. We wanted to visit the Smoky Mountains and it was beautiful, but very crowded. Heavenly View was about 15-20 minutes from all the crowds. The view when we pulled in the driveway "WOW!" The house had everything we wanted. A master bedroom with full bathroom on the 1st floor, air conditioning (it was unusually warm while we were there and very thankful for ac), full washer and dryer, and a view that was to die for. Lois is very easy to work with and she was just a phone call away. There are many things to do and restaurants, grocery store, gas stations are all within a 20 minute drive. We love the ocean, but this mountain vacation comes in a very close 2nd. Do not hesitate to rent this vacation home.

Cruising the Caribbean, viewing Paris from the Eifel Tower, visiting Buckingham Palace, and going to an authenic Hawaiian luau in Maui have been among of my traveling experiences for over 40 years. visiting beautiful places makes us happy. I also love our time at home with our grown children and precious grandkids.

Why they chose this property

Gatlinburg is within driving distance from our home and offers a myriad of activities and curiosities. Where else can you see a bride walking down the steet in full wedding attire, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, a million Christmas lights, Dolly parton's Dinner theater, and mountain quilts in the same block? After visiting our friends, who built another house in Cobbly Nob, we found that we enjoyed the peace and beauty of the Cobbly Nob area and saw that we could also enjoy the festive atmosphere of downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which are only a short drive away. Cobbly Nob offers the best of both worlds. The area has something for everyone from nature lovers to night life seekers. You can drive to Cade's Cove and see wildlife, ride horses, picnic, and hike. It has a skylift. and amusement and water parks, It is the most popular wedding capital of the southeast except for Las Vegas. You can go to Calhoun's restaurant for great food and casual atmosphere. Countless specialty shops, restaurants, and discount malls abound. There is a famous tea shop downtown that offers unique blends. My brother-in-law's heart's desire was to go there rather than ordering from their online stock. Gatlinburg area has something for everyone!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with our absolutely spectacular mountain view. We cherish the quiet mornings, having coffee/tea on the front deck listening to the geese on the pond below, or taking a leisurely stroll around the bend. Rare snowy mornings, especially unexpected snow on the mountains, is a wonder to behold. Our home is uniquely romantic. Our guests have written in the Guest Book that our home has been the site of spontaneous engagements. In December of last year, our son got married on the top deck with the view of the Smokies beaming from every photo. Beautiful pink, purple, gold ribbons of color fill the sky over the mountains at sunset. Sitting in the hot tub at dusk, we particularly relish the moments.
