MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING - GOLF VILLA WITH CAVE

A unique, private villa (8,000 square feet of indoor living space), private pool and cool water whirlpool, sits on a large very private lot and is located on hole #5 Benjamina on a 27-hole golf course at the Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Cocotal was developed by the International hotel chain Sol Melia Hotels and Resort and is only :25 minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Cocotal also offers a community swimming pool with full-service restaurant services. The golf course community also offers a small mini market (pick up and delivery options), and a quaint coffee shop. The nearest grocery store is Plaza LLama and is approximately a :5 minute drive from the villa. Also within a :15 minute drive, you will find 2 more grocery stores (JUMBO & La Sirena) and these 2 stores are located in a commercial shopping area which offers a movie theater (Caribbean Cinemas), restaurants, shopping and other entertainment.

This Spanish style home, with a Caribbean flair, gives the guests a lot of space and a ton of privacy. The backyard is expansive and offers guests a cool water Jacuzzi, large pool, outdoor BBQ area, stove/oven and small fridge (so you can enjoy the pool and family outdoors at all times). Additionally, this home offers a unique, large cave that runs under the backyard.

Five (5) In-Suite Bedrooms (sleeps 13) + 1 small "nanny quarter" that has a twin bed and is located upstairs -- great for a single or teenager (sleeps 1).

Nice Grounds & Private Pool
The week of our stay was beautiful weather. We were traveling with a large group (adults and teens) and had plenty of space in the house. The private pool and grounds were lovely, as well as the Club pool. This seems like the perfect fit for any golf lovers out there (though none in our group are) since the course is right in the back yard. We had to get used to the grounds keepers walking through the property at various hours of the day, so it didn't feel completely private at times, but the yard is big and surrounded by trees so there is a nice buffer. We did have a few issues with some critters during our stay, some locks on doors not working, as well as tvs not working, and it was a little tricky getting a hold of the property manager to address some of our concerns. The appliances in the kitchen are old, but we spent most evenings dining outside and lounging by the pool anyway. The host is great and very responsive to any issues that arose.

Very nice stay
We highly recommend Villa Cueva! Tons of space indoor and out. Nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs and pool towels. Area for sun or shade, whatever you are looking for! The cave was spectacular! The two pictures do not do it justice. It goes on forever! Great stay!

Everything was great especially israel he was most helpful even came to find us when we got lost loooking for the property. The only downside was having to wait for the pool to fill before we could use it.
