Nestled on the famous Reimers Ranch next to Hamilton Pool and Milton Reimers Ranch Park is a beautiful cedar cabin. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cabin with a full kitchen. Situated on the highest hill in the area looking due west. The sunsets are nothing short of incredible. Total privacy on 500 acres. 1 mile from Hamilton Pool, next door to Travis County Milton Reimers ranch park and 10 Miles to the Hill country Galleria. Close to all the wedding venues in and around Dripping Springs. Close to all the wineries, breweries and distillers in the area. This is a 1 of a kind place located on Reimers Ranch that has been in the same family since 1876 and now host the 7th generation of family members.

Amazing views in clean, quaint log cabin!
Was a wonderful getaway! Hosts were very welcoming, attentive and responsive! Only downside was bed was so soft and creaky, it was difficult to get good sleep. Host accepted feedback well and was going to take care of it.

Peaceful and Relaxed
My guy and myself have very stressful jobs and wanted to get away!! This cabin, although very similar to what he lives in currently, was just what he needed to unwind. Take advantage of the front porch just to sit and absorb Mother Nature’s beautiful natural art. The pup that greets you daily on the porch loves puff Cheetos, she is the second best part of the stay!

We decided to build this cabin so others could come and enjoy a little piece of heaven here in the Texas Hill Country. Dianne's family has been on this property for over 140 years. The park next door Milton Reimers Ranch park is named for her father. Having grown up on this ranch and helping run the park with her mother Joy it just seemed natural to open up the remaining ranch so others could come and stay. Her husband Danny helped pursued her to go with a rustic cedar cabin to blend into the natural surroundings.
We know how blessed we are to be able to call this place home so it makes sense to allow others to come and enjoy it with us.

Why they chose this property

The piece and quiet are majestic. The night sky is nothing short of heavenly. Because we are far enough down Hamilton Pool Rd it feels like you have gone to the country but we are just 11 miles from the Hill Country Galleria and there are multiple wineries, brew houses and distilleries in the area. Plus Dripping Springs was named the official wedding capital of Texas last year.
