Quiet neighborhood home rental with plenty of off street parking. This house will give you a comfortable place to relax after a busy day on the lake or seeing the sights. Free WIFI. This is a complete home with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths (Beds for 8). There is a King bed in the master, Queen bed in the 1st bedroom and Bunk beds and a Queen Futon in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is large and fully supplied. The dining room and living room offer plenty of space to 'hang out' with a flat screen TV with cable & free wifi, and DVD's for any age. Right off the dining room is a shaded deck with gas grill, that looks out over your green and shady back yard. Your dog will love it, and if you don`t love dogs you`ll never know one has been here. The house is super clean and comfortable. The quoted rental price is for the upstairs portion of the house as described here. (City ordnance limits the occupancy of people ages 12 and above. The formula is: 2 adults per bed room ... plus 2 more = 8 adults. No limit on those under age 12). Extra sleeping pads available for extra kids :) Keep reading for other rental options:

For additional space and privacy, the downstairs can be added to your rental. It is newly remodeled and VERY comfortable. Including the downstairs in your rental will add an additional queen bed, a bathroom with shower and laundry, kitchen, and TV/sitting area. To better understand this additional 700 sq feet available in the downstairs, view the pictures described as ‘downstairs’. The downstairs can only be rented as an addition to the upstairs. It is not rented out separately. So, if your party becomes larger after you have reserved the upstairs, the downstairs is usually available to be added on. If you would like more information about this additional space and rental cost, please contact the owner. (City ordnance will allow the addition of 2 more adults = total of 10 adults for the property- with the addition of the downstairs space).

Cleaning rate may be adjusted for parties under 5 and over 8 occupants. Talk to the owner about this adjustment.

About Janell

My family and I have lived in Page since 1998 and my big house full of kids is now empty. So, I have decided to share my house and beautiful area with visitors to Page. I have taught high school math for many years but recently retired. Retirement brings changes and opening my home is one of them. I am excited to meet you when you visit Page.

I have had wonderful people stay in my home and they have left great reviews. Their common consensus is that this rental is super clean, comfortable, spacious and a great home away from home. If I am in town, I may be staying in the downstairs portion of the home. So, I may get to meet you. :)

What makes this house unique

My house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the north edge of Page. It is within walking distance of both downtown Page and a 'rim trail' that circles Page. Glenn Canyon Dam is visible a few houses down at the end of my street. And, awesome views of Lake Powell are less than a mile walk away from the house.

Some baby equipment is kept at the house. The house has stairs so I have a baby gate. A pack n' play(bed/play pen), a high chair, baby swing, and booster seat are also available.

Great house, perfect location for all Page has to offer!

A group of friends and I came from CO, WA, UT, & CA to run the Antelope Canyon Ultra race this weekend. Janell's house was the perfect space for us! We rented both the upper 3 bedroom and lower studio portion of the house which gave everyone enough room to be comfortable and rest up before and after the race. I've rented many homes on various home rental sites and hands down this was one of the best rental experiences for the following reasons:

1) Janell was very communicative leading up to the our stay and even sent a message during our stay wishing us a great race! I never once had to wonder what the check in procedures were or when we could get entry. Everything was communicated in advance without me even having to think about it.

2) The check in and check out procedures were all laid out in a nice binder so we didn't have to wonder about "do we pull the sheets?" or "do we take out the trash" or "do we need to turn down the heater."

3) Things are labeled in obvious places in the house. Signs next to the thermostat telling you what to set it at. Labels on the trash and recycling. Labels on a specific door handle to make sure it's locked. I just love an easy to navigate house!

4) She provided plenty of information on hiking trails in the area, restaurants, tours, and cool things to see in the area.

A personal reason that I love this house is it is very conveniently located a mere few blocks from the Page Rim Trail which is a beautiful 10 mile trail that runs around the perimeter of Page. It was so easy to just run right out the door and hop on the trail for an amazing 10 mile run!

If you're looking for a space for a group of 8-10 people, consider this house! Thanks Janelle!

This is a well maintained property and has a very well equipped kitchen.

Our family enjoyed our time at this property. We had sufficient bedrooms and the bathrooms were supplied with plenty of towels. Our fur babies enjoyed and appreciated the back yard. We loved that the dining table was expandable so we could all sit together for our meals. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, pots and pans and appliances. We would highly recommend this property for any family gathering.

cozy but not worth the money

We stayed in that house 4 nights. One have to admit that Page is very expensive in general and it's just full of tourists. It's really very well located to get to all the natural beauties you are surrounded by.

The house is old and you recognize it. The kitchen isn't a new model and also the bathrooms have lived their lives. But everything is working. I just can tell you that you don't get much for your money, we spend as much money for a night as we did in SF and this is just crazy.

Your comments are very different than the rest of my reviews over that last 4 years and to be honest, they surprise me. If you compare my home with others available in Page, I think you will find that it is more than fairly priced and that I am a host who strives to provide a great place for my guests. You are correct in the fact that my home in not new. And, I will go through it trying to have eyes from your perspective. If necessary, I will try to address your concerns. But honestly, my home is well kept ,spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Janell

Pleasant stay

House is really good and we had pleasant stay . Janell was supportive enough to confirm the house even though we booked last minute . It is very near to Lake powell and Horseshoe bend . Overall I would recommend this house for total 7-9 people . Thanks
