About Craig

I am a self employed individual working in the entertainment industry, I have a degree from Emerson College in Boston Massachusetts where I grew up. I love living in Hollywood and feel fortunate to own a great classic Craftsman home here where I can Walk, take the subway, see live theater, walk to fantastic restaurants, Live Music venues, The Famous upscale Arclight Movie Theater, and enjoy the outdoors after living in NYC for a number of years on and off.

Craig purchased this bungalow in 2003

Why Craig chose Hollywood

It is a fantastic area and at the time I bought, I knew Hollywood was headed for a BIG REBIRTH! Hollywood has become the IT place to live in Los Angeles these days.

What makes this bungalow unique

The Hollywood Bowl, The Subway to connect me to downtown, The Kodak Theater, The W Hotel and Spa, Restaurants, Cafes , outdoor weekend Farmers Markets, Live theater and Music, and so much more. I love that I can walk to everything, this makes me feel much more connected to a City community that I have in other areas of Los Angeles.

A perfect gem!

  • 5 of 5

Craig’s “hideaway” was a perfect spot for our two day stay in November. A lot of our activities took place on and around Sunset Blvd, and so we couldn’t believe our luck in finding this gem. This guesthouse had a full kitchen (a rarity in the results of our searches) and felt even roomier with the bed In the loft. I think my favourite part (aside from location, location, location) was the zen-like outside sitting area. It was a perfect spot to plan our day wth a coffee in the mornings, and a spot to enjoy a drink before hitting the strip in the evening. Craig obviously has great pride in this sweet retreat, and additionally provided great suggestions for dining in the area. A definite two thumbs up!

Quaint, cozy and private nook in West Hollywood.

  • 5 of 5

A lovely quiet respite on a charming street, away from the hectic pace my son and I kept when I came to visit him from Mpls. Craig was very attentive to me and my son, providing lists of places to eat and things to see. Loved the fridge with the filtered water and great ice, a weird quirk of mine to be drink ice water, esp when traveling. Loved that I found some spray sunscreen in the cabinet for the sunny days in LA. We didn’t end up going to any of Craig’s suggestions for restaurants but my recently transplanted son was happy to add some suggestions from a “local”. I loved this place and hope it’s available when I come back to visit my son, with my husband

Amazing location!!!!

  • 5 of 5

Wow! This rental is amazing . Right in the middle of Hollywood and centrally located to all the studios and great restaurants. Craig is such a great host and unit is super clean and cozy. Very private and secluded and parking permit is provided also. Never had problem finding space right out in front of unit. Craig took the time to provide a list of local fave restaurants and activities . Awesome experience and look forward to doing again.
