You'll love the spectacular golf course views from this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath garden style villa. The deck faces the golf course, so you can watch the golfers as you barbecue! This floor plan is perfect for multiple groups vacationing together as there are two suites with king-sized beds each.

You'll love the spectacular golf course views from this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath garden style villa. The deck faces the golf course, so you can watch the golfers as you barbecue! This floor plan is perfect for multiple groups vacationing together as there are two suites with king-sized beds each.
Our guests tell us these beds are especially comfortable. The third bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining full bath. Located in the middle of the resort, this well-appointed property is just a a few minutes to the Arbor Pool Complex and close to the pro shop and Linx restaurant.

There are A/C units in each room and TV in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Wifi has just been added for your convenience. This unit allows you to purchase passes for Ocean Edge Resort's pools, with access to the hot tubs, kid's pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, kids activities and a day camp. In addition, the resort has several restaurants and is connected to the 26-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail for cyclists. Brewster public beaches are approximately 2 miles away.

Biking vacation.
We found condo to be extremely damp. Air cond should release water outside. We Did keep it on. Also there was no working lock on king guest bedroom door and tv in that room never worked. We would never rent on a ground floor at ocean edge since this dampness is too unpleasant. We do like the biking and restaurant here very much
