Recently updated and beautifully decorated 3-2(1060 sq.ft)cottage with large screened-in porch with ceiling fans.Right off 30-A. Walk or bike to restaurants, bars, shops and Blue Mountain Beach. Ample on-site parking and fenced yard. Old Florida feel on corner lot in quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen, small dining area, living area with flat screen TV, cable, internet. Cute! Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Such a cute property with a great location and an easy walk to the beach. We were comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was hard to leave!
This location was pretty convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. I felt right at home because it had everything we needed. It was a short drive to the beach, with maybe a 10 minute walk. The screened in porch with fans and cozy furniture was my favorite part! I would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a family! And it was so cute and colorful.
