Our luxury, waterfront apartment offers stunning views of Marigot Bay and the beach, fine furnishings, outdoor living, and an impressive array of amenities to make your vacation or long-term residence pleasurable and worry free. Our two bedroom split-level apartment is perched around the courtyard of the quaint Caribbean shopping village known as The Marina Village which includes Supermarket, Bakery, Bank, Boutiques, Jewellers, Coffee Shop & Restaurants. Guests also benefit from the use of the extensive facilities at the adjoining luxury 5 * Capella Resort and Marina including Pools, Gym, Spa, Sauna, Restaurants & Rum cave. St Lucia is the Crown Jewel of the Antilles, affectionately known as 'Helen of the West Indies'. This Caribbean Island is 238 square miles of pure pleasure. Its stunning combination of palm fringed sandy beaches, sparkling blue waters and natural tropical scenery make this the most beautiful paradise holiday destination. With its part English, part French, and exotically West Indian flavor, the island offers a rich tradition of Creole cuisine and gentle good humored people. Annual temperatures range between 70F and 90F with calming, cooling sea breezes, ensuring a natural flow of fresh air. It’s just perfect for lazy sunbathing, leisurely exploration, or an unsurpassed range of sporting activities. Marigot Bay is a beautiful unspoilt region of St Lucia. It is a natural deep water marina accommodating the largest luxury super yacht visitors. With natural protection from the hills on either side and protected mangroves that cover two thirds of the hillside down to the waters edge it is a truly unique location. Marigot Bay has its own sandy beach perfect for sunbathing, swimming or participating in the wide range of water activities.

Location, Location, Location
The property is located in Marigot Bay, approximately a 75 minute drive from the airport. Hotel Parking is directly across the street from the apartment.
We slept 5 comfortably. There were two bedrooms upstairs, a master with a King and a second bedroom with 2 Doubles. We had an inflatable mattress also made up in the Living room.
The apartment was furnished with all amenities; fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, movies, books, beach toys, electrical adapters, etc.
We were able to take full use of the 5 star Marigot resort next door which was practically empty. They do offer a $99/pp all inclusive day pass which allows you all the food and drink all day, which is a great deal.
We were there only 3 days, but we ate at JJ's Mangrove, Hurricane Hole, The Grill 14°61°, and Rum Cave. The Grill 14°61° was the best, but also the most expensive. You can order Tapas from Rum Cave from the pool which was nice. Hurricane Hole and JJ's Mangrove were both good as well and I would revisit all of them again. We were warned by locals and tourists to avoid DOOlittle's due to slow service and average food. I didn't try it, but our neighbors did confirm they waited 90 mins for their food.
There is a small beach that is a two min ferry ride from the apartment. This service is also free for guests of the apartment. They will charge you unless you tell the boat driver.
For excursions, use shashamane watertaxi . These guys are friendly, reasonable and will accommodate any activities that you want to do. We saw Sugar Beach, Waterfalls, Pitons, Volcanoes, snorkeling, etc.
For hikers, there is a steep hike behind the Mango Inn. It is about a mile long, but the reward is the Meditation Observation Deck at the top of the hill. Check with front desk of Mango Inn for a map.
Finally, the owners of the property were responsive to all questions we had and the property management team was thorough and inviting during the check in and check out process.
Marigot Bay was the highlight of our trip to St Lucia and I would highly recommend staying here.
My Husband and I do a lot of VRBO. I feel the location was good. Management was good Nina is very accommodating. The place is clean. The use of the Marigot Bay Resort is GREAT. Unfortunately the air conditioning broke upstairs the day we got there. Since the bedrooms are upstairs which it is on the third floor we had 8 HOT nights!!! Nina brought fans over but it just blew hot air around. I know things are on Island time but the air conditioning guy got there the day before we left to start working on this. If he fixed it we don't know we left the next day. Also due to leaving the windows open you hear all the workers from the downstairs restaurant early am and late evenings! The front door needs work lock didn't work but Nina husband came right over and fixed it. The threshold isn't on the bottom of door and we watched a huge cock roach come in through it. We to have a rental and 8 days before someone can look at it seems like a long time. Things need to be updated sooner than wait until it breaks. That is just normal that things need to be fixed and updated for a rental and or a resident. This rental would have been a 5 star if we had air conditioning. I know some people wouldn't have even stayed there without it because it was probably 85-90 degrees at night there.

Pictures in the listing don’t do this place justice. Very easy to get into the property. The location was safe, clean beatiful. Access to the local resort was painless and the beach was very easy to get to. 10/10 would recommend.
Lovely and practical...
Had a great stay in St. Lucia; The Marina Village apartment at Marigot Bay really suited our family of 4, including 2 teenage boys. Owner Michelle provides a very clean, modern, and spacious place. Everything needed for an easy vacation was on hand-- including cooler for outings, espresso machine, paper goods, and even rain ponchos. Restaurant and island recommendations were very helpful. Thank You to Nina for welcoming us and explaining how things work at the resort next door.
Absolutely perfect. Great spot for our week's getaway.
Clean, tidy, comfortable with everything we needed to be self contained. Absolutely loved Marigot Bay, just far enough away from the cruise ship traffic yet close enough that we covered all we wanted to see during our week in St. Lucia. Thank you so much Michelle. Nina was super........definitely on our list when returning to St. Lucia.
Stunning location and beautiful views from balcony. Apartment perfect for a family of 4.
We have had a fabulous holiday in gorgeous Marigot Bay. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 - the pictures don’t do the interior justice. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the setting is so relaxing, watching the boats come and go. The kids loved getting the ferry across to the beach, lazing in hammocks and swinging on a rope out over the bay. Michelle could not have been more helpful, very responsive and full of useful information. To have a lovely spacious apartment but with full use of all hotel facilities such as pool and gym was perfect. Loved trying out all the local restaurants and did a fab day excursion with Seaspray Cruises. We will return.
