Quiet and Relaxing End Unit Townhouse with Lakefront View

This open, airy, recently renovated end unit is located in the family friendly community Mallard Lakes. The community offers 2 pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playgrounds, basketball, shuffleboard, and 5 lakes.
The unit is located close to the beach, dining, shopping and local attractions. Great rental for a couple's getaway, a girl's long weekend!, or for a family! You will enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails on the sun porch or patio, both overlooking the lake.

Mallard Lakes has 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a shuffleboard court and picnic areas with charcoal grills, as well as 2 playgrounds. Across the street is a sports bar and restaurant, a pizza and sub shop, a liquor store, a breakfast cafe, and a bakery. Within 2 miles are Harris-Teeter, Food Lion, Walgreens pharmacy, a water park, miniature golf, go carts, ice cream shops and Fisher's Popcorn!

Mallard Lakes has a $90 weekly amenities fee which includes pool pass for up to 6 people, parking pass, tennis and pickle ball courts and shuffle board court usage. This must be paid directly to Mallard Lakes upon checking in at the office near the front pool. Office hours are 10-6. The proceeds go toward keeping Mallard Lakes the beautiful, well maintained place that it is. There is also a 2 day for $25 and a 4 day for $45 if preferred. Prices subject to change as they are set by Mallard Lakes.

Great host
Clean, comfortable space. Close to beaches, restaurant, activities. Perfect for a family vacation. On site pools were an extra bonus that kids really enjoyed. Owners wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed.

A great getaway!!!
This is our second time going to Mallard Lakes with our children (ages 7 and 9)- it’s a great community that’s close to everything and has great amenities. You can tell the residents take great pride in their community- it’s clean and welcoming. The property we stayed at last year was not clean but we loved the location so decided to give it another try. The Sunday’s home was welcoming, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the patio and sitting outside to have coffee in the mornings. They were super communicative before we went and during our stay- they helped with anything we needed. We would definitely come back again.

Our family purchased this townhouse after vacationing in this beautiful, well maintained community. We loved being close to the beach, yet away from the crowds and hustle bustle of Ocean City.

Why they chose this property

Our family loves the beach, but not the crowds and hustle bustle of Ocean City. Mallard Lakes offers relaxing and quiet surroundings. The pools are large and the community is perfect for outdoor activities such as walking, running, tennis, pickleboard, biking, basketball, and shuffleboard. And it's only a short drive to Maryland or Delaware beaches!
