Located a few blocks from the beach in Ocean Park, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Within the best beach neighborhood in San Juan known as Ocean Park.

This fully furnished studio is located on the sixth floor of a condominium building in the gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. Windows on three sides allow for fantastic breezes, day and night. Views of Condado and sunsets to the West, partial Ocean views as well as sunrises to the East, and El Yunque to the South East. Furnishings include a sectional couch with coffee table, queen size bed and night table, dining table for two (inside or out on the balcony) as well as TV with DVD and Sony CD player. Wireless access. The bathroom includes a walk in shower with a window to view the Blue Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a company washing machine. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are also included. There are two chairs and a table for you to enjoy the balcony. Off street parking is also included.

Beautiful Beach Vacation
This was the first time I had spent Christmas away from home, and I wanted to enjoy the sun and sand and explore the sites and sounds of San Juan. Christopher’s place was perfect for achieving this vision. His communication was spot on, the Studio was large and had all of the amenities I needed, even things I didn’t expect like beach chairs and coolers to take drinks to the beach. It was just across the road from the beautiful Ocean Park beach, and I couldn’t have been happier. The neighborhood is clean and safe, and the beautiful homes were a site to behold. I would recommend Christopher’s place to anyone wanting a great place to enjoy San Juan.

Overall the communication with Chris was first class. The studio works well for 1 or 2 people. Had some issues with the wifi, but resolved quickly by Chris. Also experienced a complete day without power or water, and not the fault of Chris, and he indicated that a refund of 1 night would be on its way (still waiting), but more than a reasonable offer. I also decided to cut my visit short by 1 night,as being on business I really needed the ability to function appropriately for morning meetings, etc. Other than that, the studio is as described and for a vacation spot, ideal for a couple...the bed is also comfortable, and overall the place works!

Lovely neighborhood just enough distance away from the busy hustle with enough homely atmosphere
Chris was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. The check-in was not that hard with what turned out to be a fun game of finding where the keys were (it was on us as we were tired). The building is located in a very quiet and gated community with 24 hr security. The neighborhood is very close to amenities you will need with ease of access to the highway. The only drawback is that the building itself looks rundown from outside. However, once you enter the condo, you forget all that. It was very clean with air conditioner plus other amenities which came in very handy. Overall, my partner and I enjoyed our stay in the studio and Chris was always there to answer our questions. He is surey an excellent host.

Great location
My husband and I stayed for a weekend. This was our second trip to San Juan and Chris’ place not only was just as it appeared in the listing, but this was a really great location. Chris was highly responsive throughout the whole stay. The accommodation had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property for a short vacation or long term stay
