Beautiful home on Lake Barkley. Our custom-built house has a completely finished and immaculate basement apartment with a patio that looks out on the lake. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with its own private entrance. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The professionally decorated living room and kitchenette have a fireplace and t.v. that will ensure you are comfortable. We look forward to accommodating all your vacation needs.

The accommodations were awesome. There was a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. The view was great. And the connivence of the covered dock was a plus. We definitely will be staying again. There was also warm homemade cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us at our arrival.

Lake Barkley Get Away
The property is right on the lake, has beautiful views and has a dock for guest use. Phyllis was awesome. She communicated with us before the stay and provided us with a recommendation to rent a boat. Upon arrival, she greeted us, helped us with our bags and showed us around the property. Our adult sons loved the cake that was provided as an arrival gift along with a bottle of wine. The house and the property are very clean and well kept. This is as advertised. We had an awesome time.

We built this Waterfront property in 2011 and moved here from Houston, TX. My husband is retired from the US Navy and Medical Sales business. I am a 30-year retired flight attendant from Continental Airlines. We have three daughters, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. We live in the upper part of our home year round with our two rescue dogs Anna and Mikie.

Why they chose this property

This property has a gentle slope to a stunning view of Lake Barkley. The basement apartment has private entrance , covered porch with gas grill, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen and living room with gas fireplace. There is also a studio that will sleep 2 extra people with an additional $25.00 per night fee.(the fee will be paid in cash when you arrive)

What makes this property unique

This apartment offers a quiet and peaceful waterfront setting with a gentle slope to the lake, a large yard, and a covered boat dock. You will have plenty to do with boating, fishing, swimming, and other water activities, as well as a local water park and a city pool just a few miles down the road, making the property perfect for a vacation at the lake!
