A spacious dining room with a view and family room are directly off the kitchen. The dining table will seat 6 with an eating bar that seats an additional 3. The family room has a shared fireplace with the living area.

There is a 1/2 bath off the dining and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A large garage will house all your bikes and golf equipment.

Off the dining area the second floor takes you to a loft with two twin beds, plus an adjacent loft bedroom with two full beds. You have lots of privacy with the large barn doors that close at night to block noise from below.

Head back downstairs to the south wing of the home and you will find a large master suite with a large bath with a jetted tub and over-sized separate shower.

Adjacent to the master is one bedroom with twins and one bedroom with a queen. There is a bath in the hallway that they share.
