South Beach 603 is SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. South Beach is a luxurious building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean at 7th street. Enjoy a large, spacious designer unit with all the extras plus an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, assigned parking and shops on the ground level.
Bed sizes include 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a queen sleep sofa. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season. Jacuzzi not for guests use, leaks. Guest will be charged if used.
Unit also provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. Indoor pool closed January 2 to April 1.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Good location
The property manager was very helpful. This property is well located, close to the beach. Kitchen was very clean, appliances up-to-date. The beds were comfortable. Safe building.The only downside was the wall-to-wall carpets in the bedrooms. It really look like it needed to be cleaned. Overall would recoomend this stay

Sibling Sunfest Weekend
Easy check in and check out. Was a good location to walk to the inlet for Sunfest. Very secure property. Would recommend hangers for closets.

Good Location
The location was great. Our only issue was that you needed a key fob to enter the building, and to operate the elevator. There is no access to stairs from the ground floor. You must have a fob. With 8 people staying in the condo we really needed 8 fobs. My husband missed a walk on the beach because he could not leave the condo while I was out on my bike ride since I had the fob we shared. Other than that, the place was great.
