Gorgeous home just one block from the beach with pool and tennis access

Wonderful home located in the Beachside Community at the Isle of Palms. Recently finished major renovations added a fourth bedroom and a brand new bathroom, making it one of the bigger properties in the Beachside community!

Key Features include: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, four cable televisions, flat screen in living room, large sundeck, outdoor shower, short walk to the beach and access to community pool and tennis courts. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room.

This home is also within walking distance of the shops and restaurants at the IOP Pavilion. WiFi and Linens included. No smoking. No pets.

Wedding Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at this location based on the reviews and limited homes available, due to the short notice. This location was close to the beach along with the shops and restaurants. The home definitely needs an upgrade.

Great stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful very accommodating house. Far from the pool. Need to know the dishwasher needs cleaning it wasn't running properly and had a bad smell. Also the dryer lint filter couldn't be removed properly. Piece of metal bent inside.

Great Location for Families

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our Mothers Day weekend at this location. Walking distance to beach, grocery store and restaurants. The home comes with everything you need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space in living room and kitchen to entertain. Love the deck to sit out in morning feel the ocean breeze. The only downside that was very disappointing was the dirty floors. My baby was on floor for 5 minutes and her legs were filthy. We had to wet mop the rooms. Underneath the carpet in living room was a lot of sand. The living room is in serious need of a repaint.

Perfect Girls Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great time celebrating a milestone birthday with my girlfriends here! The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable, and all the bathrooms were nicely updated. It was a short walk to the beach as well as the grocery store and Co-op for Frose! Island Realty was great and even texted to let us know the property was available an hour earlier than we anticipated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property because at the last minute, the property that we have been renting for the past 5 years or so had some maintenance issues and wasn’t available. It was quite comfortable and very satisfactory. We had a couple of maintenance issues but Island Realty very promptly came to the rescue. A couple of negatives: The kitchen was lacking in a few basic items and we had to wash some dishes and wipe out some drawers before using. The furniture could use a steam clean. But on the whole, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property.
