This rental is located on a quiet street residential neighborhood, yet is only a short stroll to shops & restaurants on Route 28, and approximately a mile away from Englewood Beach on Lewis Bay. It offers one level living, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining nook, living area with 26" TV, two bedrooms and one full bath. The first bedroom features a queen sized bed and the second has two twins. Great amenities include a washer/dryer, a window a/c unit in each bedroom, wireless internet and an enclosed outdoor shower. Property needs renovation
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time in Yarmouth; 14 Thomas Path Rd. not so much: no AC in liv rm or kitchen; stains on lv rm rug; bugs in kitchen; no ceiling light or floor lamp in lv rm; only 2 kitchen chairs for 4 person rental; kitchen utensils broken; on plus side - 4 big turkeys walked thru the back yard!

Will not rent again
House on a scale of 1-10 was a 3 Arrived at house House smelt musty and damp although I was told it had two prior tenants. Bedding , bed pads and blankets were filthy. Fire alarm was beeping Floors and carpet were not swept or vacuumed House provides washer/ dryer combo/ that had also not been cleaned off. Coffee pot provided by landlord was rusty and definitely a fire hazard. Screened in porch had holes and rips in screen Patio furniture on outside deck rusty and filthy. House description on rental website said window air conditioners one bedroom had window a/c. House close to Rt 28 very noisy. I did, call the rental agency which was Oceanview Realty they provided a new coffee pot and a battery for the fire alarm. I was told to send them pictures that were taken of the bedding and the coffee pot after the pictures were received by them they told me they would pass them on to the landlord, that the landlord was responsible for the dirty bedding and that the cleaning company does not have time to clean bedding, the only thing that had been cleaned was the bathroom also there were tiny ants crawling on the kitchen counters, floors and in bathroom Kitchen sink was somewhat clogged, water ran slow down drain all week we spent three hours upon arrival., washing bed linens although the realty company and landlord have stricter guidelines as to what they expect, I was told if I expected any funds back I would have to contact the owner. Needless to say I will not rent this cottage again, I would not recommend it.
