Clean & Safe Rental Properties: Keeping our vacation homes sparkling clean is a top priority for us here at Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals. All properties are cleaned, sanitized & disinfected before guests check-in with products proven to eliminate viruses & bacteria. All linens are laundered at an offsite facility and new linens and towels are brought in for every guest's stay. The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information.

For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

Wonderful Week!
What a great spot! The location of Linn Lakeside is the perfect vacation spot. VERY private with a sandy beach for swimming, paddleboarding, canoeing, etc. Woke up and went to bed to the sound of the Loons and beautiful sunset views. The cabin could use some updating, mainly some of the furniture and shower. Fully applianced and plenty of dishes (did not use stove/oven). No grill or fire pit provided (brought own). If bringing pet, check for mouse/ant baits on floor of cabin. Otherwise, great spot for dogs! Overall a great visit!! I even added a extra night onto my vacation :)

A wonderful Father's Day weekend at the Linn cottage. The view from the cottage was an ever changing delight. The cottage was equipped with all we needed. The weather was a bit rainy but we got in two rounds of golf at Mingo Springs. We also fished and took some hikes. We will definitely return to this special place.
