Brand New ground level deck with extended recreational area complete with outdoor lounging dining, grilling, and outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

This quaint home is a one story on pilings with great water views. We prefer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday and will consider shorter stays. When you step inside you will begin to relax in the large living area. The comfortable couches are relaxing after a long day on the water. At Dinner time the view out the sliding glass door is serene and when you step outside on to the back deck you will finish with a beautiful sunset. The galley kitchen is fully stocked - just bring food to cook your favorites! The master bedroom is separate from other bedrooms and has a master bath and walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms are tucked away on the opposite side of the house. One full sized air mattress is also available. A large guest bath is available to all.

There is an outdoor shower downstairs for that quick rinse after a day at the beach. You will enjoy hanging out at the large outdoor picnic area supplied with two grills and two picnic tables.

Fantastic!
We really loved this place. It was very clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and about 2 miles from shopping and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect spot for family beach getaway
We come to Pensacola beach every year with my parents and our two young children, and this is an ideal house to stay at. The house is well furnished, and very well taken care of. The garage had all of the beach supplies we needed. Not only is the beach a quick walk, but it's also a quiet stretch of beach. The owner Richard met us to check us in, and he made sure we were comfortable. He was available throughout our stay, though we didn't need anything. It's rare to find such a kind host. We had a great week, and we'll definitely be back!

Wonderful Beach House
Wow, my husband & I had the best time staying at Richard’s home. It is a fabulous property - so clean, just around the block from the ocean, and has everything you need for the beach! Mattresses were super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We even had the opportunity to meet Richard, who was such a nice guy! We will definifely be coming back here next time we visit Pensacola! Thank you Richard - Kristina & Lucas
