Located on a quiet cul de sac street in a tropical setting, with only a half block to wonderful dining, and another block to beautiful Crescent beach, it doesn't get more ideal than this! Walk outside the living room and enter the caged lanai with heated salt water pool. This comfortable, new, one bedroom villa , tastefully furnished with coastal style decor, comes fully equipped with everything one needs to enjoy their vacation in paradise!
This unit was outfitted with the traveler's needs in mind; from a dishwasher to in-unit washer and dryer, -linens, towels and beach equipment--you are set!
Our goal is to provide our guests with a clean, modern, comfortable retreat--- setting the stage for a wonderful vacation with great memories. We hope to be the place you want to come back to again and again!
Conveniently located just over the South Bridge for easy on/off island to Sarasota. Beach Access #12-- is a short walk away.
This unit is attached to a three bedroom beach rental, making it ideal for a larger gathering of friends or extended family should you desire this. (See listing on HomeAway #4132694)
This one bedroom villa with its full access to the pool and lanai makes for a pleasant change from larger condo-style vacationing. Please note that pool is shared with the 3 bedroom house.

Beautiful stay
Even better than we expected. Very new and clean. Great location for the beach and right next to the bridge and groceries. The pool was so nice to have especially to sit around in the evening. Our stay was enjoyed to the fullest.

Quaint & functional villa
Worked great for my husband and I. As our friends' rented the home next door it was easy for us to join them in the pool or on their side for meals, games, etc. Thanks much!

Piece of Heaven
We have been staying at Siesta Breeze for about 6 years We love our time there to relax, to beach it, to eat fresh seafood and explore all of the fun spots for entertainment, food, shopping and more that the area offers. The location is perfect. Quiet culdesac just steps from the beach, great restaurants steps from the villa and access to the trolley just around the corner. We call it our little piece of heaven! And Cheryl, the host of SB, is awesome to work with. A perfect 10 in our book!👍❤️

Another great stay!
Once again, we had an enjoyable time at Siesta Breeze. Beautifully and simply decorated, we always feel right at home here. Very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked with beach supplies (coolers, chairs, toys, ice pack, etc.) as well as everything you need to prepare meals in house. If you are a single traveler or a couple looking for an alternative to a condo rental in a large complex, I highly recommend this property.It is so wonderful to have a heated pool when you don’t feel like taking the short walk to the beach to get sand in your toes. The listing is very accurate and the homeowner is a delight to talk to and quick to respond to any inquiries.

Great Siesta Key Location and Value
Very clean, updated place. Located near restaurants and night life (not too late), and a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key. Priced extremely well and worth a stay. Host communication was prompt and outstanding!

We enjoy vacationing in Siesta Key and were first drawn to this area after our son married a Sarasota gal.

What makes this property unique

We loved the potential of this property when we saw it-- a very neglected, ugly, 3 unit house that we restored to a one bedroom unit, and a 3 bedroom unit. The location with its proximity to the restaurants, shopping and the beach-- while being on a quiet street was extra appealing.
We took great care in making sure that the outside of the property was as beautiful and inviting as the interior.
