Check out time is 10:30 sharp for july and August.Situated in the heart of North Conway Village, minutes to village, shops, hiking trails and Cranmore Mountain. Perfect place for your family North Conway vacation. This charming Colonial is situated in the heart of North Conway Village, minutes to shops, hiking trails and Cranmore Mountain. Enjoy the completely renovated interior, amazing outdoor space with a fully fenced in yard, back deck with patio furniture and a great fire pit area. After a day floating down the Saco, leaf peeping in the forests, or skiing down the mountains, come back and make dinner in a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and island seating. Play board games at the large dining room table or curl up and watch a movie on one of the five HD TV'S streaming only. Kids need a break? Send them to the kids lounge upstairs fully stocked with Nintendo switch games. The home sleeps fifteen (15) with 2.5 bathrooms and laundry. Less than two blocks from the village, you can wake early to walk lazily to grab a cappuccino, explore quaint shops, or toast with apres ski cocktails. Friendly, sweet dogs welcome to join your vacation. All holidays are a three night minimum. Parking for four (4) cars maximum. All renters must be 25 and older to rent.

Great property for Girls weekend
The location is great, just a couple blocks from Downtown. The house had everything we needed. Despite the 27" of snow we got it was a great 2 days. Special shout on to the Gentleman in charge of cleaning the driveway. He was out at least 4x clearing a path.

If location is important this is the house for you
This property is in a great location walking distance to the downtown area. Backyard is also huge unfortunately the weather was rainy so we couldn’t use it the first few days. The cable didn’t work for the duration of the trip however property manager was responsive and did send someone to try to fix it. However even after that attempt no cable for the trip. The dishwasher was also a bit finicky and we had to run the cycle 3 times to get clean dishes. House is old and could use some TLC like the window sills being very dirty. The bunk beds shown in the listing are not the ones actually at the house. Rather than sturdy wood beds they were metal. The back stairs are very steep to get to the bedrooms could be an issue with small children or older adults. Having trash disposal on the property was very convenient.
